Been here multiple times but I’ll never be back after today. The guy at the front wouldn’t accept my insurance card on my phone because it wasn’t a PDF file…. Saying I had to email him the insurance. No thanks I’ll go down the street

My initial experience here was fantastic thanks to Sin, the young lady at the front desk. Her exceptional customer service and professionalism stood out. However, my second visit was disappointing. David, the person at the front desk, was rude and unwilling to honor their promise of a free reinspection within two weeks, despite power outages delaying my return. This experience has left me feeling let down, and I'm uncertain if I'll choose to return to this establishment in the future.

I arrived at 7:35am, waited until opening. Walk in, Im literally the only person there. The guy comes in and says theyre going by appointment but I can leave my car for a diagnostic check. No thanks, get back to your empty waiting area that’s got yall sooooo busy

I went to get an inspection and it didn't pass cause I got a new battery. So I was told to bring it back in 15 days. Well I did and they tells me they would have to charge me again cause I miss the time of the inspection . And this wasn't explain to me. To come before the time on the 15 th. This is a scam.

The only Black mechanic in the shop did my tune up, the tune up took 6 hours! He sat outside talking to his mother for hours while my car was just sitting! Then, after waiting 6hours for a 2 1/2 hour job, I got my car back and the engine light came on. My car is shaking and they is nose. My car had no issues! I needed a tune up and a break change. He messed up my vehicle, put dirt all over my material, and for some reason he went into my glove department and that is also damaged. If you have any issues like this and they do not fix what they have damaged, you will need to file a suit via small claims court. If the damages are 10,000 or less. The cost is not expensive to get your suit going. Be sure to have witnesses and documentation.

I made an appointment earlier this week and when I got the on Saturday. They told me I wasn't scheduled. I recalled everything the lady had told me previously. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I drove too far.

No customer service. Very rude. When asked why they didn’t disclose something that would’ve affected my decision, their response was that “they didn’t HAVE to disclose the information but if they did it would’ve just been a courtesy “. Very rude and will talk bad about you in Spanish and assume you don’t speak Spanish if you don’t look like you obviously do. Smh

Went in for a oil change and it was discovered by Martinez that my oil pan had a dent in it near the drain plug which made it hard to turn. I made a appt with Martinez to have my oil pan replace with the oil change! The staff members there are very professional n friendly. I would definitely recommend this place! Martinez thank you for your services on my Jeep Compass! Will see you again!
