Attempted to use them but winded up waiting for tow truck 4+ hours with no ETA. Receptionist could not give out a phone number because they only communicate through email.

I love Brook at the front service desk! She is super helpful and has a great attitude!! Although coming here means you were involved in an accident, she makes the process a lot more smoother and stress relieving. She walked me through the whole process and was knowledgeable about every question I had, and the process they go through is very efficient. I like that they show you the breakdown of all costs and what the insurance will pay for. I would recommend to anyone that lives in Houston!

Although body fit and paint, and customer service were excellent, I had to give them a low rating because someone failed to tighten the lug nuts to a front tire causing a lug nut to fall off on my driveway and based on vehicle exhibiting lane wandering and loose steering wheel feedback on rough patches of roadway in the approximate 50 miles driven since getting it back, it’s fair to suspect all or most of nuts were not properly tightened.

I recommend going here for any body work. They do lifetime warranty on their work and your car looks like new once they are finished. You can also get a retail car next day and they will return the car for you when you pick up your car after it is done. Very happy with my experience.

They help install frontal bump that is outside their required job, which is great. But my back trunk sensor has not been repaired correctly, distant detection malfunction. Update: It final got repaired correctly after a few day, so I change the score.

This shop stole property out of my vehicle last week on 11/11 . I dropped my BMW off in the morning for a broken tail light and when I went to pick it up at the end of the day I had noticed one of my hats were missing out of the backseat . I immediately went back and spoke with a worker upon closing . I told him the situation and he was able to pull up on the computer the images they had taken of the inside of my vehicle prior to the repair. In the picture you could see my 60 dollar hat in the back seat.We both went back to the car and looked for the hat together, My hat was not there . He told me he would get to the bottom of the situation and he would be sure I would be reimbursed for my stolen property , he seemed upset and showed empathy so I thought the situation would be handled . The following day something told me to check my hat bag I also keep in my back seat to see if they stole anything els. Indeed another hat was missing . I had 2 hats total stolen from me and when I went to follow up about the issue they treated me as if I was lying about the situation & said they couldn’t do anything for me so pretty much I would just have to deal with my property being stolen from them . I have been a loyal customer with this shop for a few years now, so for this to happen and the way they treated me really sucked. At the end of the day I don’t even care about the hats , it’s more so I feel like whoever stole out of a loyal customers car should be held accountable & it just seems like that won’t be the case at all. If you get your vehicle repaired here please do not leave anything at all inside!
