After spending close to 50k here, Cisco decides he wants to forget to order me a set of tires after telling me not to drive on the drag tires we had just installed. 4 days of empty promises pass, I call to get some answers my exact wording was “where the f are my tires I’ve been waiting 4 days, do I need to go to another tire place sick they were just a basic ass set I needed. And Cisco literally tells me to get phucced and get all my stuff off his property including my Rzr.. (Wonder if they take it down for cussing) lol. So I show up get it, Rzr ain’t done, key is supposedly not there. And I’m being told if I want it back i gotta wait til next week or call the police so I called the police and they are told to me my Rzr and stuff back.

The owner is professional at forgetting to order tires when you put a deposit down. And doesn’t contact you if or when the order comes in. Be careful when he’s drunk, he’ll blame you for his own mistakes

Been coming to them for years. The workers and owner know their stuff when it comes tires. Had to come back twice for a mistake made by their staff member ordering tires. Owner offered small discount to make the trouble right, however still inconvenient and no call was given when the order came in.Felt rushed when putting in the order since it seems attention was split with other customers orders being thrown at them. This was the 2nd car I have brought here that issues arose. Each time the owner tried to correct the mistake. Hopefully no issues come up if I ever need their services again in the future.

Excellent service! I’ve been getting oil changes for the past 13 years and my cars are in great condition. Also, ordering tires with Cali touch is the way to go! Ordering and installation is quick and best pricing in so cal. I recommend Calitouch 100%!!!
