I’ve never written a Google review before—but I feel compelled to after receiving such amazing service here. I’m visiting from out of town. My rear bumper came loose on the highway, so in a pinch, I used packing tape to badly reattach it. A local recommended CT Collision to me. I looked them up and thought, really? They don’t have the best Google reviews… When I arrived, the gate was closed and no one spoke English. But once I got ahold of a technician, he fixed my bumper for me! For free! It took something like half an hour, and he didn’t want to be compensated for it or for his materials. I only regret that I didn’t ask his name. Thank you so much for all your help!
