8:30 am oil change appointment that took 2 hours. One other person in the lobby. Oil changes do not take 2 hours. There is a lack of respect for customers time here. Your competition is getting them done in about an hour.

Bobby was phenomenal. Everyone thays goes to the dealership, please ask for Bobby, this is my 7th vehicle total in 10 years and it's by far the best experience we have ever had and of all things, it was for a 2024 Mustang Mach E. Yes, electric, he is that convincing but not just convincing, he actually sold the vehicle. The financial side of it, I've NEVER EVER had such a low intrest in my life. Went from a high %20 intrest rate to, well, yall can guess with me leaving this review. I've already been reccomending people to go there and I'm not gonna stop doing it neither.. thank you all for your help and hopefully I get a phone call in the future about a newer longer range one....

I recently had the dealership repair my 2015 Ford Transit Connect van under a factory recall for door latches. Mr. Malaun Humbert was my service advisor. This was my first time using this Ford dealership and everything was handled very efficiently from start to finish. Mr. Humbert was efficient and handled all my requests and answered all my questions. I was able to drop off my van and pick it up the same day and shuttle service was provided. I spent minimal time dropping the van off and picking it up. Mr. Humbert had my paperwork completed when I returned to pick up my van and I was driving away in less then a minute...I had two different shuttle drivers who were pleasant to talk with and there was no issues. There's no reason not to go back for regular vehicle service when everything was handled in a great professional manner on the same day with no issues.....

Jenkins service personnel worked with me to be sure my needs were met for scheduling. Everyone in the service department was extremely courteous and made you feel like you were the most important customer of the day. Thier work was top notch and I couldn't be happier. Prices were reasonible as well. Wish I could give DJ, Anthony and all of the service department 10 stars but you only allow 5.

I called in to make the appointment and they got me in right away they said that the wait time would be 2 hours I was out of there in an hour and the service staff was great the waiting room was clean and inviting with lots of snacks and drink options.

I've used Crystal River Ford several times. I live in Ocala and it's a longer drive but worth it. Everyone in the service department are very helpful.

The service department deserves five stars for excellent work performed over the last four years on my F-150. Aaron Houser does a great job as well. I didn’t have such a great experience with the sales department about 8 months ago.

We just purchased a Ford F250. Our sales person, Elizabeth, was top notch. There was nothing she didn’t know and answered all of our questions. She was enthusiastic as well. I was leary based on prior “my neighborhood’ reviews and all I can say is that they were wrong. I know what I bought what I am responsible for and I have absolutely no issues. I am thrilled at our purchase. We used the Ford dealer next to Denny’s in Crysatal River. Everyone we met and spoke to has been great - Elizabeth, Gary, Spenser, Aaron, Steve and Dan - what a great group of people.

Love the service department. Very attentive and willing to meet customer needs. Due to this, felt I would adventure into the vehicle purchasing side and find, they are totally separate and don't support one another. Sales was extremely disappointing (not the rep- but management). I was promised things at the point of agreement and at the point of management, multiple things were changed without my knowing and when identified, was surprised and acted like, oh, we didn't think that was what you wanted. Very, very disappointed. Ultimately, things are working out but I feel, this dealership, from a new vehicle purchase perspective, is not forthcoming. Please let me be clear! from a maintenance and repair perspective, top notch! Brent, Mike, Aaron, Demi and Anthony (both in sales and service) (hope I didn't miss anyone) are the best!. I would think twice before entertaining buying from Jenkins again.

The work done on my F-150 was done quickly and professionally. Mike my service rep is excellent and has provided me with flawless service for many years. He is a true pro. The transmission failed on my truck with less that 70K miles. Ford offered no assistance with a $9000 repair even though the specific transmissions have known issues. I have been a loyal Ford guy for decades but this failure is making me rethink my decision to stay with Ford. Jenkins Ford has recently elected to charge customers 3% on top of any bill to use a credit card. Other dealers in the area do not. This may effect decisions on whether to use Jenkins Ford in the future.
