I called ahead to ask if they would accept my tire and wheel policy as payment. I was told they did. I drive to their shop and was ignored for 10 minutes. Finally a Mexican gentleman who spoke very little English came to help me. He put the jack by the front of my fender where it meets the door. I opened the door to get my wheel lock out of the glove box and it ripped my molding off my door. He put a jack in the front of the vehicle and I pushed it back on. There was a nail in the tire . He asked if I wanted to patch or plug. I told him whatever my policy will pay for. He looked confused and called someone on the phone to speak with them. They told me they cannot accept the policy after they already said they would and had taken my tire off. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent people !!!

Put a gash in my brand new tire for my 22 inch rim. Instead of stopping and saying they couldn’t do it. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! Doing business and wasting peoples hard earned money! Absolutely sickening. Doesn’t deserve one star. REPLY: MY TIRE WAS BRAND NEW!! I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE!! I ALSO SEEN THE EMPLOYEES POUNDING AND POKING TAKING LONGER THAN ANY OTHER TIRE SHOP TO PUT RUBBER TO A RIM. THE RUBBER WAS BRAND NEW AND CAME OUT WITH A GASH!! THESE ARE FACTS! I have no reason to discredit a business. I said what I said.

After searching around okc for a day and a half for reasonable prices/service, I happened to drive by and see this shop. The guys working it were very kind and helped me out with every question I had. GREAT PRICES!!! Will be going to them from now on.

Great experience with these guys! The used tire I got was in amazing shape and before I left someone noticed I had a nail in one of my other tires and they patched and fixed it for me for free. Very nice and great customer service, 10/10.

My experience was positive. They don’t have a beautiful waiting room with cable tv if that’s what you expect. They were able to get me 2 new tires installed on my car so I could leave in less than 30 minutes.

No English spoken here at all and could not repair/replace a leaky valve stem. Instead sent me down the road with a newly installed leaking stem on a new tire that went flat and shredded an hour later on I-35 South. Gracias amigo! Your negligence cost me another 100 bucks and another hour...

I called about six tire shops including this one. They actually had the tire that I was looking for, for my mom's car! $45 for the used tire (everyone else wanted $50-$60) it's a $70-$100 tire new. Very fast! No complaints here! I'll definitely be back if I need another tire !!!!
