English: I went to change my breaks because they were giving me trouble after getting them fixed here it still was making a lot of noise so I went to another mechanic and he told me whoever fixed your brakes did it wrong I was without brakes in my car because of them and they charged me $200 and I bought the brakes myself. They took 3 hours to do the job and they still did it wrong! Español: Fui a cambiar mis frenos porque me estaban dando problemas después de arreglarlos aquí, todavía estaba haciendo mucho ruido, así que fui a otro mecánico y me dijo que quien arregló tus frenos lo hizo mal, estaba sin frenos en mi coche por su culpa y me cobraron 200 $ y compré los frenos yo mismo. ¡Les tomó 3 horas hacer el trabajo y aún así lo hicieron mal!

Terrible. They broke the pressure sensor on my tire. When changing they try to lie and claim it was broken. I was like no way it was broken it was fine when I brought it. Then they said the new guy ripped it off because the sensor fell off and they didn’t see it so they tore out the rubber part as procedure. Then they said the sensor fell off. The employee was like fine, bring it back with a new sensor and I’ll put it on for free. I brought them a tire same day with new rim and sensor. They charged me to change the tire out. They also charged me for dismounting tires. 15 dollars per dismount, Because they moved my back tires to the front just take them off and put them on the front they charged 15 dollars each. Then they charged me for the tire change from one rim to another rim. It cost 90 dollars, Just to put 2 tires I brought on a rim, 15 dollars per dismount they claimed and a broken pressure sensor in my tires. Then charged me to put a new sensor in although it was stated they would do it free on the receipt they wrote

Mechanic very friendly but i got the bad luck to meet the owner i went with a low tire pressure, and i told him, so he was going to charge $25 for the patch so i said go head, his mechanic checked and inspected my tires and no leak was detected but the owner still asked him to take the tire off the rim to future inspection, long story short my tire didn’t need a patch but the owner still wanted to charge me the full $25 for no patch added i was totally understandable i need to cover the inspection and the air but not the whole amount, he end up saying don’t pay me but never come back here, he called me Greedy, but i was just asking why i was being charged for a service that wasn’t done they i wasn’t refusing to pay a service , the invoice quoted “wheel cleaning “ but i was right there, they didn’t do a cleaning even.

$80 for a used tire. When I asked if he had anything a bit cheaper. His exact response was I don't carry garbage only good stuff. I wouldn't recommend it. Definitely go somewhere else. Normally, tires do not cost more than 30 to $40. Unpolite guy had a ponytail and a chip on his shoulder. Keep in mind that customers have a choice.

Went to get air checked, the man checked them, corrected my problem n I was gone n less than 20 minutes. Very friendly n polite. I tipped him, even tho he didn't charge me.

Good people and fast service. I drove in with a bolt in my tire. They patched it up and threw it back on for $30 and the service was quick. Would definitely recommend.

I'm from the CPT and I was here in Fresno for a couple of days the first day I got here I got a flat the AAA guy referred CRUZ TIRE SHOP BIG up"s to them made fill like I was back home service was A1,cool, friendly shouting out to HERRY Koo a homie . Bronco super friendly u guys keep doing what you do.raiders and 49ers I'll be watching Henry.....

Its a win here! I got a spare tire this time .. they put it in my trunk. always good .. taking care of business here . the guys are on their stuff here. Great help. Pop's is Sweet. Been here forever. My go to tire place.

Horrible place. These people could not get the lug nuts off my tires. They pealed all the caps back not just on one tire but on two tires Just to tell me there is nothing they could do about it and sent me away with my lugs distroyed. The next day they put a sign out saying they are not responsible for any damages done to lug nuts. On top of that one of the workers scratched my truck with the jack he was holding. He tried to say he didnt do it but after checking the cameras he came back out and handed me 100$. I am in disbelief about the whole thing and will be taking this company to small claims for the damages done to my truck.

Man these guys saved me. I had a blow out on my tralier 14ply tire. I was over 1 hour away. I put my spare on and they stayed late after hours and waited on me to get there. I highly recommend Cruz tire shop. The owner is a awesome man of God!!!!
