Disappointed! Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I had a lengthy conversation with the gentleman about my 16 year old bringing the car. He was very personable. My son came 15-20 mins early for the appointment to be told things changed and he wasn’t going to do the estimate. I called because I assumed my son relayed the information incorrectly and was told they are busy and have work to do. I clarified that on Thursday we scheduled this appointment and now on Monday he is cancelling it with no call. He told me yes they are just too busy. We will never do business here and recommend to others not to as well. My son drove 30 mins to the appointment. This is not good business. I understand with all of the recent damage he is busy. However, don’t schedule more appointments or at the very least call to reschedule.

Outstanding service from the team at Crow's Body Shop. I was referred to them by a friend, and I was not disappointed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better shop in Oklahoma. Highly recommended!

Towed my car then said the control arm "fell off" once they got it there. I had to pay 1500 for that and new brakes. Outraged they broke my car even bent the frame when this control arm fell off, they broke the control arm they had to drop the car for this and a bent frame which did not get fixed yet cause I was robbed of all 1500 to fix it 😑 😤 😪

I put a dent in my wife's car back hatch. . They fixed it right. Can't even see where it was. And they get it done in the time they say they will. HIGHLY recommend them!

First day of school, someone hit my car and ran away I had a dent and I went there they were packed till October and they said they will look at my car and fixed my car and were very professional throughout. Great people. Highly recommended.

Had a dent in my passenger door from a minor accident and air is being caught when driving high speed. Didn't want to change the panel and didn't care for cosmetics. Clancy did an awesome job getting rid of the air drag issue. He explained whatever he was doing and I was back driving after a few minutes. Will definitely take my car back here if there are more problems!

Had the rear passenger side of my Chevy truck damaged turned it in on Monday got it back on Friday. Looks better then when I bought it. A plus for me the detailed it before I got it back... Even the bugs off the front grill. Thanks Crows!
