Highly recommend A great bunch of people to work with they got our truck right into the shop diagnosed our problem and got it fixed right away and the price was very reasonable would definitely come here again if my truck needs work done and they have a great little junk yard dog named lucky just as friendly as he could be their bathrooms was very nice as well

02/14/2024-Hi my name is Coty, wanted to share my experience working with this shop! I own a 2014 Volvo VNL D13. Was having issues for 4 weeks and brought truck all over Dallas, and Fort Worth as many shops don’t specialize in Volvos. 3 diffrent shops in Fort Worth misdiagnosed the truck, one shop wanted 2500 just to do computer related stuff. Limped my truck down to Houston from Dallas and within 1 hour got a phone call with the issue. Shop staff were super nice and caring. They had my truck up and running very quickly and had fixed my issue. Out of 4 shops, they were the only folks to diagnose the issue correctly and was charged very cheap. I was doing very bad all month and was scraping by. Not going to lie for such a big job, they charged me so low my mouth dropped! Seriously I will never go to any other shop by principle, these folks treated me and my wife so good and were very accommodating to us. Dang good shop and I will forever return to this shop! Thanks so much Crown diesel for everything, you guys saved me this week and wanted to say thanks 🙏

As of right now febuary 21stTheir mechanic came out here I'm stuck on the side of the roadAt 8:00 last night and took my airbag and leveling vauleAnd not have heard back from this company yet and it's 8:00 in the morning the next dayOn the phone right now calling other companies to come out here and try to help me Crown diesel of Houston is the worst company I've Ever dealt with

I contacted Jhett Young for service on our fleet generator. He was quick with scheduling the service. His team completed the task in a timely manner and constantly communicated with me during the repairs. I will be using Crown for out future fleet needs.

Wont bring the truck back here anymore because they didn't do the work correctly the first time that's why the truck was leaking after they fixed it. Then wanted to charge me $167 to fix what they didn't do right the first time!
