Cross Creek Auto has been part of my family for the last 20 years. I keep 5 cars at all times in my house and when warranty runs out, they see me more often. They have done everything right from changing a light bulb to changing an engine. This last time, i searched myself for 5-6 months for a side mirror and a vicer. I gave up and asked Ray and Jessica to take over. it took them 2 weeks to find them. One day I started changing the power window motor myself and ended up with broken cables and a half naked door. James fixed my boo boo. You can leave the car the night before. They worked on my Audi TT, Mazdas and Sonata. 5 stars and thanks to my family at CC Auto. Ronie

I recently took my Lexus CT200h to Cross Creek Auto , and I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They diagnosed my vehicle at no charge and, in a refreshing display of honesty, advised me to take it to the dealer. The scanner readings indicated issues that would be better handled there. The team thoroughly explained the situation and recommended the best course of action. It's great to have such an honest shop in the neighborhood!

They always do a great job. I just had my water pump replaced and although pricey they did a great job and the service is tremendous. JT was great and very professional. I will always use them for all of my car service needs.

Dealer quality without the dealer prices! Took care of my moms car, my brothers, and my bmw that had oil leaks at very fair prices wayyyy cheaper than the dealer. They also checked in with me days later to make sure the car was doing ok. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. You can tell these guys love what they do. Thank you to the team, Ray, and JT for your service. Highly recommended, they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very affordable!

I am living on Cross Creek and my car has a problem, and I found this Cross Creek Auto Service close to my residence, so I went there for my car problem. I told them the problem and they said the computer of the car does not show any thing but the problem is all 4 spark plugs and all 4 ignition coils should be changed, and also the break pads and something else has problem. I left the car in the shop and told them just take care of the problem. next day I got a call that the car is ready, so after noon I paid $ 700 and drove the car home, but the problem did not resolve and every thing was the same, nothing repaired. I called them the next day the car is exact the same and problem exist, they told to bring the car back, and next day I left the car again at the shop. After noon I went to pick up the car and this time they said the problem is the gear box. I asked them why they change the spark plugs and ignition coils, the mechanic started yelling at me and talk non sense. He knew that diagnosed was wrong and they made me to pay that much for nothing, they change the original part and replace it with what ever after the market parts for absolutely nothing, because the car problem was not for electric, and they were very rude and their behave very unprofessional. They do not know any thing about the car but if you go there they try to charge you for anything they can. I do not recommend them even for a very simple problem. This auto service just robs you and you have to pay again on the another shop to repair your car, exact what happen to me.

On dec 10 2024 brought my wife’s car to have ray the owner give us a second opinion on another auto repair business high estimate of repairs after checking our car out ray eliminated 500$ of unneeded work I have been dealing with with crops creek auto service for over twenty years they hav e saved my family thousands of dollars I recommend them to all my friends

Cross creek was recommended to me through a local group and I will say they did not disappoint! Everyone was so nice and JT did an amazing job updating us on the status of our car. He told us what was most important and everything which was really nice because we have had such bad experiences at dealership service centers in the past. JT was very thorough and great explaining everything to us as well and just did a phenomenal job. Cannot recommend Cross Creek Auto enough! Will be continuing taking our vehicles there for anything in the future!

Great work on my car . Was making a rattling sound and couldn't figure what it was. JT took a ride with me and the folks at the workshop found the exact issue. Asked me to get the car in a few days later once the part was ordered and foxed it on time . Also helped me claim the warranty . Happy with the service and would definitely recommend them

I have been in the area now for almost 3 yrs and one of the most frustrating things as been finding a competent mechanic. I brought my 17 WRX to Cross Creek Auto with a noise coming from my wheels. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had it delivered to me well within the time frame they said with no issues! It was refreshing considering the crap mechanics I have been exposed to since I have been here. I will definitely be bringing my cars to them for all of my service needs!

I've been bringing our cars to Cross Creek Auto Service for several years. They always give great service at a good price. Very reliable and professional. Don't even think of taking your car to a dealer for service if it is out of warranty. BMW wanted almost THREE TIMES what Cross Creek charged!

Had a leak on my heater hose on my F-150 the guys were able to get me in same day on the weekend fixed the issue. They Checked my oil levels and tire pressure i will gladly come back for any issue i have with my vehicles

I can’t say enough good things about Cross Creek Auto! Ray, JT, and the entire team have consistently done a fantastic job on my cars, and they recently worked on my son's Jeep with excellent results. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy through JT. Ray thoroughly explained what was wrong with the Jeep and prioritized what needed attention most. After reviewing the estimate and giving my approval, the work was completed within 24 hours. The Jeep has never run better! I had an awful experience with the customer service at this Auto Service Store on Nov 1 2024. When I inquired about the key needed to replace my brake pads, the staff member (apparently the owner) I dealt with was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. Rather than assisting me in finding a solution, he was dismissive and had an aggressive attitude that made the situation more stressful. It has so aggressive while talking on the phone that it left me genuinely uncomfortable. I can’t remember the last time that I felt so dismissed and unwelcome as a customer. It’s beyond me how someone in a customer-facing role can treat people this way, and I feel that anyone considering this place should be aware. I ended up taking my car to a different mechanic, where I was treated with respect and actually helped. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, avoid this place and take your car to a professional shop.
