I recently had the misfortune of needing to take my SUV in for major front-end repairs. The team at CRM Repair Shop turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a breeze. What truly set Chris' team apart was their turnaround time - they first worked with me by ordering the parts I needed from Porsche dealership, and immediately began to work on my car. My repairs were expedited and finished in less than 5 business days. Not only was the work done with the utmost care and attention to detail, but the repair was executed flawlessly. Duane went to the extent of cleaning all the shubbery and brush that was stuck in the exhaust pipes and under the cab. Duane even went the extra mile to clean the undercarriage, restoring my vehicle to pristine condition. It took Duane hours to accomplish this alone. I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and responsiveness, as they truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Any way of giving CRM 10 stars!? They did a terrific job on the Hyundai. A great repair is kind of expected but CRM went over the top with their attention to the needs of me, the customer! You will not be disappointed with CRM, they are GREAT!

My car looked better than before I dropped it off for a dented door repair ! They deep cleaned my interior , which I was not expecting . The outside was washed and shined up , they even polished my tires . My car looks like it was never damaged in the first place . Super responsive to phone calls and let me know as soon as my car was ready . Super nice people and very easy to get an estimate and schedule the service.

CRM is by far the best place I’ve taken my car to be fixed. It came back looking brand new!! Amazing customer service, they had it done so fast I couldn’t believe it. Everyone was so nice and that says a lot coming from a car repair shop. By far the best experience I’ve had. Hopefully I won’t need to have it fixed again but if I do, I’ll be going back to CRM

Had an accident and went to the shop to get an estimate for the repairs. I heard great things and was recommended by my mechanic. I was told the quote will be sent to me via email on Friday afternoon, but I didn’t receive it. I called Tuesday morning and was told I will get it but still nothing. I called back Wednesday and again same thing and nothing. What a waste of time and disrespect to the clients.. Just be straight and honest and tell me when I am getting it or to go find someone else!

The guys did a great job on our Ranger truck. When we went up to get it, I had Chris look at my new Charger that someone had door dinged when we were on a trip. Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on the repair of my Challenger. It's the second time I've had the car there and both times have been extremely impressed. He is very detailed oriented and made the process as easy as it could be. He said "You won't get it back unless it is right" and that's exactly how I received it! You can tell he takes pride in his work, which is so refreshing in this day and time.... very professional! I've had my cars in other local shops and there is simply no comparison. My Denali had quite a bit of damage from hitting a telephone pole. The team of people at CRM in moorsville do not miss anything. When I went to pick up my truck it actually looked better than when I bought it new. The owner, Chris and his staff Autum made me feel right at home from the start. Everyone else had month long wait time but Chris took the time to under stand my position and within 2 weeks my truck was back!!

I had wrecked the front end of my car. The insurance gave me $6100.00 to have it repaired. I let a family friend do the work, which was my 1st mistake. When I got it back it was full of orange peel in the paint and had other defects. Only the halos worked on the headlights so I couldn't drive it at night. I took it to CRM Collision, they repaired the mess from the other guys work and my Camaro looks brand new. Plus it costs about $2000 less for CRM to fix it. If I have another accident I will go to CRM. I love the work

Just wanted to send a SINCERE THANK YOU to the Team at CRM Collision and Chris Rogers. After my Father passed away, I took ownership of a 1967 Convertible Mustang that had been in our family since my Dad drove it off a car carrier himself on Christmas Eve of 1966. It has been my goal to "completely" restore the car back to new. I KNEW the ONLY place that could execute the job would be Chris at CRM. Execute THEY did...Chris and his Team went over the car thoroughly addressing any and ALL issues that a daily driver may have experienced over 53 years of use. Chris did not miss any details!!! When it came time to finalizing the color...Chris EXCEEDED any expectations I had and then some. This car came out Absolutely Amazing and I am sure there is NOT anything like this color on a Vintage 1967 Mustang.

I was very satisfied with CRM's body work on my 2011 Nissan Frontier. Hail damage had dents on hood and roof along with peeling paint on front fenders and they look new again. Black paint shows everything and it looks great. Truck was cleaned and tires even had tire shine applied. Great job and would definitely use again.
