I'd definitely bring any vehicles to them. They fix on my tacoma all the time and 161,000 miles later, and it still runs like it did when I bought it. Really friendly guys and knowledgeable.

I had this shop do a basic oil change and they did a courtesy inspection and they found a coolant leak I was unaware they did a great, professional job at fixing my car

Tyler and his guys took care of my truck very professionally! Quality oil change and rotated my tires. They even rebalanced them to stop it from vibrating!! I will be bringing my wife and daughters cars here for them to service as well. Thanks a lot guys!!!

Just to update my review I am now having Critical Automotive take care of all fifteen vehicles in our fleet and have not been disappointed. My Ford transit cng conversion van was having issues, and another shop supposedly replaced some of the valves but said it needed a new engine. I took it here for a second opinion because the other shop quoted over 8000 for it. I AM SO GLAD I WENT HERE!! The valves needed to be replaced and went over some options. He got an expert machinist to make custom valves so that my van would last longer. Thanks to Tyler, I don't have to get a loan to purchase a new vehicle for my business! It did take a bit for parts to be done, but it was worth the wait. My van is working better than ever! If you have a CNG vehicle, go here! They even put in a power port to plug my freezer in.

I don't know that I will ever go any where else. Their prices are more than competitive, they were fast and professional. I wasn't rushed or pressured, and felt comfortable to ask questions without being made to feel stupid. Then, get this. Called me a week later to ensure I was happy with their service and asked if I had any questions! I never felt like they tried to sell me anything either. Just recommended.

They were awesome! My check engine light came on so i took my car to these guys and it was a loose hose they also caught my battery before it failed on me and I would have been stranded and they also caught a few things that should have been changed during routine oil changes that ive been getting somewhere else not changed. plus these guys were so nice snd friendly diffently taking my car to these guys from now on

amazing mechanic. I went in for a wheel bearing going out and he caught another bearing going out and leak in my tire. all around he was super thorough and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a good mechanic!

Me and my wife are from Texas she's attending classes in Edmond while she was in class the battery ran down so I went to jump the battery low and behold it was far much worse our belt tension and idler pulley were broken. I called Tyler and without hesitation he closed his shop up just to come help me I am so grateful and appreciative!!! He is a great young man very nice and respectful knows his stuff for sure!! I recommend him to everyone anyone!!!! Critical Automotive will always be #1 in my book!! Thank you so much Tyler!

The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is young but he sure does know his stuff! Im definitely going back if I have an issue with any of my vehicles!
