1. One of the worst service center in Nissan and every time they are charging more and Employee Roy Smith not even telling the offers while taking in to service. when found some offers online , they are not accepting it as well they charging Credit card Charge of 3% during Payment and not informed. I would recommend not go with Crest Nissan service. Nissan service doing robbery with their customers.

The worst service center. Never, ever Never, ever, never bring your vehicle to this repair facility. If you're considering auto repair, have $1500 on hand. No matter how little the issue, $1500 is a necessary payment. The service advisor is so full of lies that he is unable to look you in the eye as he speaks his story of lies. Better get rid of your car, but don't bring it to this awful servicing center.

Alternator light was blinking and drive belt needed to be replaced. Last time was in 2019. Was going out of town and wanted to be safe. I was charged $195 just for the belt. Auto Zone sells is for $25. RIP OFF. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I have learned my lesson. Research auto repair shops carefully.

Do not bring your vehicles here to get worked on. They will overcharge you for simple work then not even actually fix the issue then try to charge more. Bring your vehicles to key auto repair. They are honest and do a great job. Stay away from here.

Drake making sure my Altima was in good hands. Came in because I thought I need to change some tires and instead of him going to change them for me he realized that it just needed a patch job and it was for Free. I highly appreciated his honesty and integrity. I know if I went anywhere else they would charge me for those tires. I would highly recommend using Drake for your car services here.

I take my car to Crest and have been since I purchased my car new in 2019. My service provider today was Ly Leng and he was wonderful! He didn’t push me to get things I didn’t need, always kept me updated, answered questions thoroughly, and made me feel well taken care of. I will ask for him next time I need service at Crest!

Dissatisfied with service. Car needed repairs for the first time and paid $1600 in repairs. Technician left some parts loose. Also installed panels back with broken clips. Went back to talk to Service Supervisor and he was defensive and giving excuses for the sloppy work. Ended up getting parts in place and clips replaced but loose confidence in bringing my car again for service. Definitely I will drive some extra miles to other Nissan Service providers.

Bought 2020 Altima from Crest Nissan of Frisco which failed to start next day. Requested battery replacement which they repeatedly refused. Car failed to start again today leaving me stranded for 3rd time. Local mechanic says the 4 year old battery Crest refused to replace is the culprit. $370 out of pocket. These guys cut corners where ever possible.

Can you imagine booking an appointment , getting a confirmation and reaching there only to return without getting your car serviced because everyone is busy !! Really ?? Why would you extend the option to book appointment online if you can’t honor it !! And to add salt to your misery of wasting “your time” on a Saturday… it’s hard to get even a minute of “their precious time” to explain or apologize for the inconvenience… I think they really need to understand the concept of “customer service”

My husband purchased a vehicle and Crest Nissan in Frisco and the service provided by the sales team was absolutely amazing. However the service department is lacking in every conceivable way. I have never been ignored at any other dealership’s servicing area but it seems like the men and women at Crest Nissan Frisco don’t care to approach vehicles that have been waiting for several minutes even after being told by the attendant who is running around making sure the vehicles that are ready are being tended to. I have seen this gentleman out on his own every time I am here, while a horde of people congregate in their offices seemingly doing nothing. Further more, we purchased a service plan when we bought the car, and without fail every time the person checking us in asks if we have a service plan and then has to go back to double check this information, I know it may be a flaw in the software they use, however it comes off as if they don’t know and it feels like they should have that info pulled up on their fancy IPads they all carry around, especially when they call you to make a reservation for service. They just seem to make themselves look as if they’re doing a job.

So disappointed. I bought my car here and had it serviced every since. My extended warranty is about to expire, so I thought I would get some things looked at. I mentioned this to the technician when I was there for regular service, and it seemed that it was going to be a huge inconvenience. They said I needed to bring the car back to drop off, and it may be 24-48 hrs for the diagnosis. This had never happened to me before. I have had all kinds of things diagnosed and fixed while I waited. Ok, so I make plans to do of the night before my appointment, and drop the key off. My advisor was Ly. No calls the next day as to whether they rreceived my key or an estmate of time. I called a few times that day for an update, and got very little info. Finally, a half hour before closing, I call and was told my advisor had gone home with no updates. I don't know who else can do without their one car for several days, but not me. I went to go get it without anything having been done. I asked him about this later and he was super defensive. I ended the conversation when his response was, "I don't know what you want from me". Service, I wanted service.

This was my second time buying car from this place. Ben Haft was a perfect help for us. He had complete knowledge of the cars and the process. He was very respectful, patient and determined. I highly recommend him as a professional salesman. The next very perfect persons this place should be proud of, are Annabella as a owner loyalty manager and Charles Kansanback as finance manager. Annabella is always there as a very kind problem solving friend and Charles did a great, nice and clear financial procedure for us. Big thanks to them all. Also, I want to thank service center team specifically Roy who is very caring and responsible.

Took my car for oil change service and after it's done and I came back home I noticed the engine oil is leaking. When I look under the hood, it turns out that the oil drain plug/screw was leaking the oil. It was hand tightened only by the oil service guy. Very pathetic service, crest nissan should take a notice of it, b/c it means they can not even do a simple oil change service, then please shut down your service department for good. Thanks.

Worst dealership experience time after time. I would have never bought a new car or a car from this dealership if I knew it’d be such a grueling experience every time I come here. I had better experience when I didn’t have a brand new car with under 1000 miles. They lie. They insult your intelligence. And they have terrible overall service. There’s always an entire days worth of waiting no matter the service.

I went to the service department and waited patiently for someone to approach me ask if I needed help. I had a 10:00 appointment. No one asked me what I needed. I approached someone at a desk and they said the cashier girl would be back. He was very cold and unfriendly. The girl came back after waiting and I told her I had a 10:00 appointment to have my headlights checked due to a recall. She sneered at me said I need to go the the other side of the building for service. I went up there and they said I needed to go back to the other side where I came from for service. What a run around. It appears maybe I’m the wrong color there. I left and decided to go to Gunn Nissan in Denton for this service. I have never ever, have been to such a rude car dealership and wanted to look at buying a new car as well. They lost that business for sure. Sales and service were even more friendly and helpful with everything at my old BMW dealership. Maybe Nissan is not worth it any more.

Service waiting time is horrible with Crest Nissan Frisco. I've scheduled a service appointment and given by 12 noon. Waited there in lobby for more than 90 mins and Even after checking by 1.45pm, they didn't even started and no one is taking the responsibility to finish the service ontime and said we can give the car back without service if you're under "any emergency"!!!! Even service coupons listed in their page are fake, it doesn't matter you come up with coupon or not! Their charge is final and very high.. They took full payment, still NOT done any complimentary services as promised while taking the car, like air check (pic attached), car cleaning, vacuum, no multi point inspection. Don't know what they serviced!! Private parties way better than this! Service in Gunn Nissan of Denton is much transparent in this matter, service is quick (lessthan 15-20 mins) and customers can see what they r doing!!!
