In the past month I had some major work done on my 2004 Acura TL. It included replacing seals, power steering pump, timing belt, water pump & motor mount. Both Steven & Jordan were very professional in handling questions, scheduling & pricing for the work. Mario, the service manager was also helpful in answering questions and completing work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Creech Import Repair as they take great care in making sure you are satisfied with their service.

Process was quick and easy and at a fair price. I love the fact that they send electronic communication to approve the estimate of what needs to be repaired. Keeps you from having to play phone tag with the mechanic. Payment was also done this way. Was able to drop off and pick up after hours and was seamless. So far, the work that was done seems to be done well too! Highly recommend!

They responded to my message on their website within minutes and answered my question. Then we emailed and set up an appointment. They took me promptly and did just what was needed to fix my car. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. It was such a difference from the terrible service I've gotten at the Raleigh Hyundai dealer.

This is the kind of shop where you ask them to take care of it, and know it's been done right. No salesy stuff, but they give you a list of things they notice which is nice. I drive 45min to do work here, and it's worth it for the lack of hassle, friendly people, and good service.

After over 40 years in the auto repair business I retired ! When I made a choice of where to get my autos and truck serviced , it was easy to chose CREECH IMPORT AUTO REPAIR ! THE owners , STAN & JORDAN CREECH have done an awsome job of assembling an elite group of employees ! From the front counter to the rear door to the dumpster, every person knows there job. They are polite , professional , well trained , and highly skilled . The front office , customer waiting area , the restrooms , and even a dedicated play area for the kids , is designed with customers in mind . I live some eighty miles from Raleigh , and they have some services that I can wait , with an appointment ! To say the difference is worth the distance is an understatement. My vehicles are always repaired and serviced on time . They are repaired and serviced with the highest quality parts available ! My car and truck are always clean and presented back to me clean and free of any free of any debris. All of the repairs are done correctly , on time and performed at the quoted price ! There is no better feeling than to pick up your vehicle and know that the repairs and service were performed correctly . Trust them not just with cars but with our lives. Such a happy discovery after getting very perfunctory service from the Toyota dealership. Personal, professional and honest. My only recommendation is greater detail on their road hazard program for tire purchases. It is for three years. Others do offer five years which is particularly worth knowing if you buy expensive tires.

Although they had to refer me to the dealership, they were honest with me. Some repair shops will tell you they can repair your car but band-aid the problem. I appreciate this kind of customer service. Also, the staff was very professional.
