I had an excellent and encouraging visit to CC. I needed a small job done--no more, no less. Another alliterative collision shop beginning with "C" in the Treasure Valley declared they wouldn't touch it unless they could do a lot of work I didn't need. Their estimate was $7500. They need to pay for that shiny, new facility somehow. I took my job to CC and they had no problem doing just the work I needed at less than 10% of the other guys' price. Not only did they do an excellent job of it, they went above and beyond and did a few extra things too. I have no problem recommending CC to anyone I talk to as a shop that cares about helping people and not just gouging the insurance companies.

My car exterior was very badly damaged and this Crash Champions location did an amazing job fixing it at a lower quoted price than the other repair shop I went to. Other shop was going to replace all the parts which is likely why their quote was so high. Car exterior looks like new now.

I was referred over to Ivan at Crash by my friend who had her car worked on. My car was hit by another driver and Ivan was prompt to get it in his shop the very next day and had a rental ready for me. I got daily updates on the status of the repairs and the car was completed sooner than the estimated date. All of the staff at the body shop were friendly and knowledgeable and made the process easy to navigate. I feel like Ivan went above and beyond with the repairs and when I picked up my vehicle it was beautiful and clean. He even drove the rental back to Enterprise so that I didn't have to do it. If you are needing repairs on your vehicle, and would like to work with someone that goes above and beyond, then give Ivan a call. You will not be disappointed!

I called to make an appointment, made the appointment, went to the appointment. Gave my information and never received anything back. I texted, I called back. They said they’d send me the email. I never received anything. I assume they didn’t want to do the job, it was a waste of my time, and I want to let others know so they don’t have high expectations

Josh is kind and considerate. He’s a good listener. He will communicate vehicle’s status. He explains what you may expect with the vehicle restoration.

Highly, highly recommend! Everyone is super helpful and nice! Ivan got all the details in, worked with insurance, and was super helpful all around. I was told it would take two weeks but it was done in a week. They even buffed out and polished my grimy headlights, cleaned the interior and exterior. Excellent job!

My daughter’s Audi was slammed into and Ivan was there to save the day. From the first call he was up front and communicated everything they were gonna do and may need to do. He took care of the entire insurance portion and car looked good as new. We had to wait (from Audi) for some badging and he was on top of it even though it was a couple months later. Hopefully won’t need Crash Champions again but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks!

I want to thank Vinny and his crew for their outstanding service this morning on my vehicle! My white car was tagged with a spray can of red paint over the weekend and they removed it completely and in a very timely manner! Sad that Boise is seeing so much vandalism as it grows but reassuring to see that kindness and integrity in the Treasure Valley still exists.

Took my rav4 in to replace a cracked front bumper cover and fog light. I had the car back after 24 hours - couldn’t believe it! Vince was a great communicator and they the handled payment with my auto insurance. The repair looks great and is warrantied. Good work!

I have allstate insurance, and crash champions is their "trusted" repair shop. I took my car in Monday morning, spoke with Josh, received a call about an hour later letting me know my parts were ordered and I could drop off the following Monday morning. Dropped her off Monday morning, got a call the following day letting me know she was fixed! Super quick turnaround and excellent communication! They even detailed my car's interior. Very happy with my service!

2020 Murano went in for paint because it got keyed in a parking garage. The initial repair was not up to my standards and a few parts got broken during disassembly. The shop fixed and repaired all the flaws. Ivan is great to work with; very professional and patient. I can be a pain to work with, and I appreciate the shop putting up with me.
