Blake and the team were all very nice I was super impressed being that I'm from the south. They treated me as if I was family. Blake kept me updated the whole way. Even the receptionist were super nice.

Crash Champions did a great job on my F-150 and finished the job 5 days earlier than expected 👍🏾. The customer service was great and they explained to me the things that should not be done too ensure the paint job they did will last the full term of me owning my vehicle.

I was in an accident last month and Crash Champions helped me out so much! First, Pam at the front desk is so helpful and was very patient with me in explaining the process of the repair and all of the paperwork. Blake was also very helpful as he took me out to my vehicle to show me what was being fixed and what parts that needed to be ordered. He also sent the automated text messages to me on the updates of my car repair which was very helpful. I received my car back on Friday and it looks like a brand new car!!! Everything on it looks great and I am so very happy and relieved. I would definitely recommend anyone bringing their car here for great service and wonderful staff!!! Thank you again to Pam and Blake for taking care of me and my car!!!

So glad I had my car repaired here! My car was damaged in an accident while I was traveling through Ohio to Illinois, and I had to leave my car in Ohio while I went on to Illinois. I chose Crash Champions sight unseen, and had to trust that they would do good work on my car. They exceeded expectations in every way! Friendly, professional communication with Pam and especially with my service coordinator Blake. Work on the car was completed ahead of schedule and the car looks great. Was able to leave the rental car I'd been using at Crash Champions when I picked up my car - so convenient! Great experience overall - thank you!
