This shop is amazing! I called several different shops for a quote to get a center support bearing and and oxygen sensor replaced on my car, and Courtesy Auto Repair had by far the most fair pricing. The Work is very high quality and they were 100% honest with me. Also the kindness, knowledge and professionalism of the people working there is top notch! This is the only shop I would take my car In Vegas!

Ask the price before you agree, chances are if you google what it should cost they'll quote you the highest amount. It's been my experience that honest mechanics will give you an estimate up front when they call.

Don't go here for any mechanical work beyond an oil change. 0/10 experience. I believe they purposefully hurt our car because they didn't like us or they refused to admit they didn't know how to fix the problem; either way it's not good business. The management acted petty and vindictive as time went on and it was a truly unfortunate experience that just kept getting worse

I can’t recommend Avi and his team at Courtesy enough, to say that they went above & beyond for me is an understatement. Had an incredibly difficult to diagnose issue with my truck and with their incredible patience and tenacity it was resolved. Will be going back to them for all of my future auto repair needs and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic. Thank you again!

I do not recommend this shop for bigger mechanical jobs. Long story short (seriously) : This shop came recommended to me and quickly turned into my worst mechanical shop experience that ended up costing me 20K CND. My vehicle spent 3 months at the shop, that initially came in for a transmission rebuild. After 3 months of little to no progress, I flew from Canada back to Las Vegas to move my vehicle to a new shop down the street. Why? I initially paid them 3K CND for "repairing" my transmission. I picked it up and then drove my vehicle for 2 hrs before it was then towed back to the shop with the same symptoms of mechanical failure brought the week prior. They strongly encouraged me to write a 5 star review for their " quality service". My vehicle then spent another 2.5ish months in their parking lot, with nothing but excuses, lies, inconsistent information, non factual information, no progress, a diagnosis took forever (which was an incorrect diagnosis!!!). Every week was a different excuse or story. I would go a week without hearing from them with no update and had to constantly call them for any sort of information to be provided to me. They were asked to check the converter, which is a common failure in my vehicle when the transmission fails, and the wiring harness for electrical issues related to transmission, to which they said that was not the issue. After 3 months, I decided to take the loss and move my vehicle to a new shop as no progress was being made and every day became more skeptical. I was never provided an estimate prior to repairs or during the process or was asked for approval on any parts. The airtag on my keys once stated that my keys were in the middle of the parking lot at 2am outside of the building. I then paid another 3-4K CND for an invoice after waiting 3 months, that did not reflect the work that was apparently completed on the vehicle. As my vehicle sat in their parking lots for 3 months, they had to boost my battery.. I requested my parts returned to me, which they did not provide. My vehicle made it to the new shop, barely. It crawled there on limp mode. That is when I realized that my wiper blades did not work. I dropped off at a new shop and they diagnosed the issue properly within 2 hours, which was in fact the transmission converter failing paired with needing an entire transmission overhaul, which then cost me 10K. The mechanical symptoms I brought my vehicle in, were never addressed after 3 MONTHS at Courtesy Auto! The vehicle finally made it back to Canada, only for me to find out that Courtesy Auto absolutely DESTROYED my wiring harness. HOW? Well, because they fried my electrical by boosting my vehicle incorrectly, which then caused the F20 fuse in my fuse box to melt, which is the fuse for my wiper blades. My wiper blades had previously worked prior to dropping the vehicle off the first time. When replacing the fuse in Canada, it was determined that the entire wiring harness melted and majority of the ground connections were melted which then costed me an entire new wiring harness at another 1K + labour and a new $800 fuse box. The air filter hose was also disconnected. The new shop that installed my new transmission, provided evidence that the transmission fluid put into my vehicle was incorrect fluid (it was purple goo.. my tranny fluid is supposed to be red). There is evidence that my transmission was never in fact taken out of my vehicle at all in the 3 months it spent at Courtesy Auto, but only they would know with " all the work they did". I ended up deciding to take a very big loss on this shop for their extreme negligence after no results from the BBB or DMV of Nevada and speaking to an American Lawyer as a Canadian proved to be difficult. Mastercard would not provide a refund because I could not prove that the parts on the invoice were not replaced in the vehicle because, shocking news, I am not a mechanic and I have no way of proving repairs. 10/10 do not recommend. Gaslighters and manipulative, sexist and a bunch of very very innocent scammers :)

I previously gave a 5 star review at the encouragement of the manager of this repair shop at the time. Things have changed drastically and the owner takes no accountability. They had my car for over 6 months, lost my keys, and refused to compensate me, every week it was a different story and excuse. Contacting BBB, and looking forward to litigating this.

Courtesy Auto Repair is the best in Las Vegas! My car was not working and needed to be repaired immediately, a repair the dealership said they couldn’t do and wanted to charge me $9000 for a new engine instead. I took my car to Courtesy and Thomas and Avi were so helpful throughout the whole process. My car was fixed within a day (no new engine necessary) and the price was unbeatable. The customer service was excellent from bringing my car in, communicating about my car via phone, and picking my car up. They are the only ones I want to service my car now. Don’t get ripped off at the dealer and bring your car to Courtesy ASAP!

Great shop, more than fair pricing for great work. Did exactly what I had asked them to do which was to install new control arms on my Merc and get the oil changed. Didn't fuss about me bringing my own part or tell me lies about how nobody else would do the job like quantum did. Will go here again for any further work! My car is a 2019 Lincoln Navigator, and there was a noise in the front suspension of the vehicle. I searched on Google and found courtesy. Thomas and his team quickly identified the problem with the vehicle. This is the best team I have ever met. I can trust them with my car in the future. Highly recommended, thanks to Thomas and his team. Follow-up： My car's timing chain needed to be replaced and Thomas checked and it may still be under warranty, so I had it done at Lincoln. Thomas saved me a lot of money on repairs. I am very lucky to have met such an honest and reliable person like Thomas. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you very much.

Outstanding Service at Courtesy Auto Repair & Service! Today, while heading to a doctor's appointment, my car started stalling—once on the freeway and three times at lights. After my appointment, I called Courtesy Auto Repair & Service, which had great reviews. Tomas answered and guided me through a quick procedure to keep my car running long enough to reach their shop. Very happy with the work I received here. Very honest. My AC was taking 10 minutes to cool, then it barely made life livable beyond that. They got my AC running on my 08 Volvo XC90 with some basic maintenance at a reasonable price, plus shared some valuable information about a bizarre check engine light I have. I’ve only used two mechanics in this town, and after the other left my control arm loose on my other car. I would definitely trust these guys. Great job, I appreciate you!

Moved to Vegas not a long ago and checked 2-3 places to get my car checked a couple of months ago. Then i stopped by Courtesy and met Thomas (the best!). Got some maintenance things taken care of there. Excellent customer service; honest about everything that my car needed and didn’t need; and affordable and reasonable pricing. Yesterday, i walked in about my windshield replacement. Even if they don’t offer the service, Thomas helped me calling the place, getting a good price, and scheduling the replacement FOR ME!! Telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Arbeiten wurden zuerst besprochen, dann zusammen am Auto, Dodge Ram angeschaut, erklärt, ein Kostenvoranschlag gemacht und ausgeführt. Das alles an einem Tag. 👍 Ich konnte in der Werkstatt bei den Arbeiten auch zuschauen. 👍 Kosten wurden trotz Mehrarbeit eingehalten. 👌💪👍 Die Werkstatt kann ich nur empfehlen.
