Thank GOD that we found Cottman. Their online profile led us to believe that they could walk the walk with our vehicle. Not only did they walk their talk, but they ran with their plan. My mother had her 2017 Ford Fusion repaired here. Frank was my representative and has great customer service skills. The work she had done was remove and relace transmission assembly, torque converter, oil change, oil cooler assembly, wheel alignment and battery replacement. Thank goodness I got my Mom on board to get an Auto Warranty with Carshield. The Warranty paid a majority of the bill and we paid for what parts they didn't cover and deductible. The turn around time was great I was the hold up for about a week and half searching for the battery receipt from Advance Auto once I got the receipt in everything was flowing good the technician was great and finding problems and providing solutions. She will be back to maintain the life of the vehicle

Honesty. Constant communication during repairs. Compared to dealership lies and deception, no question Cottman is the place to trust with any needed diagnosis and repairs.

Great service! Knowledgeable technicians. Honest work. I was at the dealership for a routine oil change and was told my transmission casing was cracked and leaking with a $2200 price tag to fix. My father (who lives out of state) recommended Cottman as a second opinion; he had car trouble that was misdiagnosed by the dealership and Cottman found the real source of the problem and saved him thousands of dollars. They did the same for me. I also really appreciate that they were honest about what I needed and did not try to use my lack of mechanical knowledge to get me to purchase unnecessary services. My transmission ended up being fine with no issues. I ended up getting some spark plugs replaced and the transmission degreased, flushed, and fluid topped off but Cottman saved me over $1300. Will be taking all our cars to Cottman from now on.

Thank you Cottmans transmission. I loved my experience starting from Frank through Liz picking me up at my home to pick up my car at the shop . Car shifts beautifully and brakes function perfectly as well . I will be a customer for life .

The experience with both of my vehicles was one I haven't had in a while, AWESOME! The communication form the team, from the owners down to the mechanic, was clear and the actual service was precise. I am a techie so the use of the automated systems for communication and visual checkpoints of the progress made it even more trustworthy and that is something you don't have enough of these days. Given the great overall service, the only thing I can mention which is not a deal breaker with the rising cost is the higher premiums on parts that dealers or third parties are charging Cottonman. In a few cases I was able to get cost for the same parts for 30% - 45% cheaper but they make up for that with the parts and labor warranty which made it a more manageable pill to swallow. Overall, I trust Cottman Transmission WAY more than the dealership or bigger chains because Chevy and Toyota cost me over $16,000 for parts I didn't even need. Great job!

Liz and Tony always do a phenomenal job on our personal and fleet vehicles. Tony has been in the industry, many decades and is very knowledgeable in one of the few mechanics that can rebuild a transmission.

Needed a tcm programming after replacing the tcm myself and they were quick to do it whilst other shops recommended me go to the dealership. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Wonderful company! Communication was top notch from start to finish! Caelan went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained and all questions were answered. He even let me talk his ear off a little, during the stressful time with a big repair. Prices were also reasonable, and I asked around. I came to Cottman based off a referral from a dear friend, and I was extremely pleased. Anytime my hubby isn't able to repair my vehicle, this is where I will be being it.
