One of my tire sensors came on today after getting my tires rotated a few days ago. Kevin stopped and took the time to help me fill my tires and make sure I was good to go. I really appreciated this and his kindness!

This is my go to spot to inflate my tires. Bought tires at Costco 2 years ago. Twice had to have tires repaired due to embedded nails, for free of course!

The customer service at this location is terrible! Especially Dan in the administrative office. My daughter is stuck in the parking lot with a flat tire and needs to get it fixed.. instead of figuring out how to help us as members of Costco, he was lazy and decided to do nothing to help us. Unbelievable, horrible customer service

While they are nice and polite, EVERY TIME I have visited the tire shop I have had to wait 30 minutes just in line to speak to someone. They keep just 1 person working the desk and it’s terrible.

THEY SAVED MY LIFE - the Costco tire center went above and beyond for me this weekend!! An employee with the name tag “Fernando” helped me and saved me from a dead battery in the middle of the AZ summer. I was SOL and without the help of Fernando and the Costco Gas Attendants I would probably still be in that parking lot… So helpful, great prices, can’t beat it !! Thank you!!!

I've had many sets of tires through Costco. On 3 occasions I have attempted to use their warranty or mileage guarantee. Every single time, they have been able to find a way to not cover the tire(s)or tell me to contact the manufacturer and make their their problem. "You didn't rotate tires with us every 5k miles so the mileage guarantee is void". "Yeah, the tire belt or tread separated, but you only had 5/32nds left so its not covered" 110% worthless warranty. Spend the extra money and use discount tire.

What could’ve been the worst, financial Saturday, turned to the best! I went to breakfast and then my tire pressure was getting lower and lower. I (my boyfriend) put on a spare. It was 9:28 AM (Costco opens ant 9:30) and I was on my way to discount tires. I was like hmmm I should call Costco. And they said “yes we’re free, first come first serve.” I was ECSTATIC. I walked in and was greeted, and helped. Fonsi said he would first check if the tire was repairable and it would be $10 ish bucks and to give him 45 minutes. One pepperoni pizza and a lap around the store later, Fonsi/ Tim called me and said to come pick up my car and that I was ready to roll!!!!! I was so happy I only paid $10 for all of this and got the best customer service. I know any other tire shop would’ve just sold me another tire. Being a Costco member is the best!!!

Great service. I wish they offered more! I had an unfortunate flat tire and needed to replace the tire due to the location of the puncture. Kevin was able to find a replacement tire and have it shipped here. Great service. They really need a full-time front desk person at the tire shop as there are always customers present that take away from their ability to service the tires.

I almost spent $2000 on my two cars. I have waited 1 hour more than expected time. I had kayaks in the back of my van. I have found out that when they were changing my Honda Odyssey’s tire, they threw the spare tire cap and put my kayak on top of it. I was hearing some weird noise from the back I saw that they loosely screw the spare tire and there was no cap on it. In this economy, it is really hard to do this kind of spending. However, apparently, some do not care how you earn the money. I love Costco but I will not visit this site again.

On Monday, November 6, 2023, I went to Costco Tires at 4502 E Oak St, Phoenix, AZ 85008, and I was VERY PLEASED with the level of customer service that both Kevin and Tim provided. They were patient with answering all of my questions prior to the service and remained professional throughout the entire process. I never felt the sale-sy pitch from the team, as they reassured they wouldn't recommend changing my tires if they did not see the need. They empowered me by giving me the opportunity to make my own informed decision. When they promised that they would inspect my car before operating on it, they followed through. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Costco Tires to anyone.

SUV took a nail to driver front tire. Made the appointment with the shop. Had tire patched and did my shopping while I waited. Best part only cost $10. Costco tire you rock!!

Tim the Tire Tech is an absolute legend. Extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgable and good at his job. We got 4 new AT tires on our SUV today and he made sure it was a smooth experience. From being our first point of contact at the front counter to diagnosing a problem with our sensors, he seemly does it all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anymore simply due to the fact that Tim works there. 5 stars. Thanks Tim!

Dave is awesome! He went above and beyond to try and figure out how he could help me find the tires I was looking for. He acted as if I was his only customer - didn't rush trying to help me and took his time. Dave even offered to call me back the next day after he could speak to a rep from the tires I was looking for. Who does this? Dave does!

They give you A warranty with your tires But it'sImpossibleTo use it unless you want to wait 2 hours to get a simple tire repair. I will not be buying tires there again

Tim, John, Adam, and the rest of the tire center employees are the best! I needed a replacement tire that was out of stock in the entire state and they found one for me and called me each step of the way. First to let me know they found a tire, then days later called to let me know it came in. Once I cleared my schedule I came in and they got me on my way. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Costco for my tires!

Yesterday, 8/13/19, I brought my wife's car into the Costco tire center at 44th st. & Oak for a tire repair. She has nitrogen filled tires so Discount Tire was out and her low tire light was on. They pulled out a screw she had picked up on the way to work, patched the tire and topped up the nitrogen. This morning on the way to work, less than 12 hours later, the tire goes flat on the freeway while she's going 75 miles an hour. She's stuck on the side of the I-10 at 2am waiting for roadside assistance. Now she's on a donut spare until we can get it replaced for a couple hundred dollars. Don't trust these folks with your tires for even the simplest repair.
