Mal servicio lleve a checar las chantas porque le faltaba aire me isieron comprar 2 nuevas que si no no iban a poner las otras chantas y me isieron esperar 8horas para poner 2 chantas y me quede con las otras que estaban buenas y se portaron muy mal no se Los recomiendo yo nunca mas voy a comprarles ninguna chanta y no se los recomiendo para mi no meresen ninguna Estrella uno les importa que uno espere ni le asen ningun modo de cortesía grasias por su atención no les recomiendo ese lugar de cosco

Was told my tires had “irregular wear” and was denied to have been the tires fault. The ware on both my rear tires that I purchased here was mostly even with some spots being less even but not enough warranting to be believed it was the alignment. The tires were rated for 55000 miles but lasted me a 12000 mile period. Was given a response that basically said “ur tires are weirdly bald” and when I asked for what they thought was the issue was told “I don’t know I’m not a mechanic”. My warranty was denied by Tou Yang after asking me to bring my car in two days in a row for evaluation. My commute is about 45 minutes out. I bought the tires in good faith in Costco. The store has always been a staple of my better shopping experience. Till now that is.

Would not recommend for new tires. Purchased a set less than a month ago, one of my tires had a hole from average commute, took it back in hopes to get it patched or replaced. Tire rep would not allow for replacement bc of the damage and the warranty was voided bc of damage. Various stipulations alongside the warranty. If you purchase dont expect to get your refund if tires dont meet your standards. Never got an exchange or money back for ONE single tire that i paid for less than 30 days ago.

I love Costco Tires. Quick service, sometimes a wait (days) for an odd tire, but you Know if you take odd tires. Appointments for the free rotations work great and I don't have to wait anymore outside the door for 30 minutes to be first for the day, to get quick service. Tire Prices are good if not great. Polite and competent guys. Did I say Free Rotations? 😊

I only laughed four times in my life.This is the fifth I can’t believe what I heard, I came to patch a tire and there’s only one car inside and 4 mechanics playing around I talked to one of them they told me you have to wait I said OK how long he told me five hours😀 in five hours I can build a tire with nothing😀

Of course making an appointment is preferred, but when your tire alert comes on, the beautiful thing about the Costco Tire Service Center is that you can just walk in, tell them what you need and wait. I did that on Tuesday evening, and after shopping in Costco, finding some fabulous deals in the clothing department, I walked away with four brand new tires and a rotation. The Service Center employees are friendly and efficient. And remember Costco tires have a lifetime service warranty.

Went for tired repair and rotation regularly. Tired didn’t never rotated by them. Still the same. Got my warranty voided because they stated it was not rotated.

Foumd some of the lowest battery prices, and they had a battery that works fine for the odd make and model of our car, highly recommended if you're a member.

My experience with these guys isn’t good but later they fix my car tires, I purchased tire from here but couple tires have inflation issue and one of them still not fit. Hope you guys never face this situation, Anyway Staff is friendly and always ready for your help.

If you don't have an appointment you're gonna wait forever. Make an appointment. If you're buying a battery it is hit or miss on how long you will wait. Overall good service.

Made an appointment and was told on the phone that it would be at 6:00. I show up a few minutes early, they say I had a 6:15 appointment and somebody else would get their service done before me since they put me on the system at 6:15. Guy on the phone said 45 minutes-1 hour of labor. It is now an hour an a half past my appointment, the tires are all put in and the workers are neither working on it or letting me know it's done. They may have good deals, but don't expect the friendly, quality service you get inside the store.

Good service, helped me pick out a good tire for my truck as it is not 4WDrive but I drive on curvy/rainy/ muddy roads very often. And while I waited I grabbed a bite to eat and found a very comfortable recliner.
