Please be aware your wheels will get damaged. This is now 2 times in a row the wheels got damaged in this tire center. I feel completely disrespected as a customer that my property got damaged at this location. It must be the manager or specific employee they need to get fired.

I purchased a tire online. Just one because I got an irreparable flat tire on my brand new truck. I brought the truck in and described what I needed done. I wanted the spare tire to go on the rim that the truck came with so that all my tires would match and the new tire to go on my spare rim. It was very confusing and hard to explain to the person upfront. But The guys in the shop did it correctly and I’m very thankful.

Super thankful for the great service from the crew here on a Sunday! Paul got me in same day for my flat tire patch. I called all around for help and everything was closed! So this made it easy to get a new membership. Paul even went over all the cool features included that none of the other tire places offer. I didn’t mind the long wait just glad they said yes as you can just hang out in Costco have a hot dog and catch up on some shopping in the A/C. We got a 4:45 appt (I drove the car over asap at 2 ish worried the tire would go fully flat and our emergency tow pros could not guarantee anything until after 4 but that was even a maybe) We were done and left by 5:10! Thank you all for your efficient and professional work, being open on a Sunday, and friendly all the while. Glad to be a member!

Do not go here by any means even last resort. I made the mistake of taking my car here for a simple repair and ended up spending the entire day twiddling my thumbs. They didn’t start work on my car until 2 hours after I had arrived for my appointment. Service is subpar management is non existent and customer service is no one to be seen. Set my appointment expecting to come in and be able to drop my car off and have the work done but after 2 hours of waiting my car hasn’t even been driven into bay by a technician. I would recommend any other tire place in the state for you to save your time and your mental health.

Can’t beat the price or the continued service - ordering tires can be a a few days but price is best and they will balance tire rotation every five thousand miles until it is time for new tires from COSTCO

Just had my tires rebalanced because the tire weights were falling off. Found two in the garage floor. Sarasota Tire Center did the rebalancing, which also sold me the tires 3000 miles ago. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the lot attended jacked up my seat, adjusted the mirrors, and turned my XM radio to heavy metal band. There's no reason for this harassment when the vehicle is only driven in the parking lot 20 feet away!

Went for a tire rotation appointment. 6 people in line to check in. One employee working. Went outside and called a Firestone Store after 7 minutes watching the first guys struggle to get checked it. Drove to the Firestone store, no wait, it’s done.

I called and asked if they would swap my rims on my car. They said yes, quoted me a price, and booked me an appointment. I told the person over the phone exactly what I had, they confirmed this was ok. I had to take a little time away from my work to make my appointment only to get there and be told they won't do the work if I didn't buy the tires or wheels from costco. Indicative of poor management and training practices. The technicians I've worked with and spoken to at this location in the past are great, but unfortunately the people who answer the phone and book appointments don't know what they're doing.

I have great confidence in COSTCO Tire Center but what would be really useful would be an email address for the Tire Center so that I can get easy quotes on future work. Just enter it along with the phone number that appears on the website. Thx.

Sometimes it is difficult to get them on the phone, however, overall 5 stars. They offer excellent and quick service and most of all, very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend. (Also fair pricing on tires and warranty).

The worst staff and service. I hope to never buy tires from them again and would prefer to never ever shop at Costco at all. They are lazy stupid and incompetent. Zero stars is what they deserve. If not 100 negative stars. A real dump full of jerks.

Don't bring your vehicle here if your not use the ORIGINAL tires your vehicle came with. They won't work on it. Made me wait 2 hour to let me know it can't be work on. Pathetic.

We purchase our tires at Costco locally in Sarasota. Today at my appt for a rotation and balance, they discovered a puncture, fixed it, check the spare tire pressure and called me with all the details I needed! Costco management- please thank Rafael G for his extra careful care and explanations !! He is a terrific asset to your organization!

Had a 7:00 pm appointment for a simple tire repair on their 3 month old tires and car was not pulled into the bay until 8:30. Told them I’m not waiting any longer. Left and never going back again.

I came in without an appointment because I had a screw in my tire. Everyone I dealt with with was personable and helpful. They did such a good job I tried to tip the man who did the work but he said they can’t accept anything. Way to go Costco Tire Center!❤️

Had to go to the facility to order the tires and pay for them because no one answered the phone. While there, I made an appointment for more than a week later to allow for tires 3 to 5 days to ship. When I arrived over a week later at appointment time I had to wait over 30 minutes to be checked in while other customers were helped. Then I was informed that they didn't have the tires. After I said cancel the order they somehow found the tires. The checkout procedure was no better. The rims and tires were filthy after install. Very poor experience. Not worth the savings which were minimal or the time involved including check in, check out and time to clean wheels.

Prices are not competitive. Service is so slow. Staff are ok. Not the friendliest in town.doesmt deliver what they promise. They are conveniently.located near me otherwise I would go somewhere else.

We had a fabulous experience with the Sarasota, FL Costco Tire Center. A few days ago I clumsily hit a curb and blew out a tire. Knowing that it was a sidewall, I called AAA for a tow. While waiting for a tow I remembered that I had purchased the tires about a year ago at Costco. So, I called the Sarasota Costco and spoke to Eric the tire center manager. He was amazing. He checked and found that he had the tire in stock and told us to have the tow truck drop the car off in front of their bays. We left and did some shopping at Costco and came back about 45 minutes later to a new tire. On top of that, Costco prorated the tire and only charged me around $65 (for a $185 Michelin), even though the damage was my fault. Hats off to Costco!!

What a wonderful experience! I waited until Costco had a sale on tires and I’m super happy with the price and service! Eric and Lee were so awesome, advised me about the best tires and bang for my buck, and got me in and out SO fast. I can’t thank you enough!!!
