Called twice and no one picked up on either occasion and no option to leave a voicemail. Prior reviews suggest customer service is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Costco tire center in San Francisco has really gone down in their service quality. The stock prices of Costco are over $900 per share yet the company refuses to hire enough workers to service their customers! What went wrong: They put the wrong size tires on my car They gave me an appointment yet it took them 3 hours to put my tires in They said they would call me when they were done and they never did. They never reset my tire sensor so i hade to go back They did not put proper air pressure in my brand new four tires. When I complained, the rep shrugged and said, " We are always short staffed. We just hired a new manager, maybe you can complain to him, because the people upstairs never listen."

They make you wait more than an hour in line, completely ignoring you, so when your turn finally arrive. They say they cannot help you on that day. Ridiculous

Two hours wait for a patch after a scheduled maintenance. Bring a book to read. I initially gave them 3 stars. However, after they delivered the car they stated that they could not find any issues. When I arrived home, after driving in the rain, I was able to easily spot the whole.

Great experience! Bought tires, made an appointment, received an email that they came in way early and decided to walk in that same day. JV helped me out, he was great! I was able to come in first thing that morning, and they were done in about an hour.

They were able to find the correct tire for my car same-day, but then never called to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called them 4 hours after dropping off my vehicle, they offered no good explanation for this.

Great spot to service your tires, and almost always has a better deal IMO. Nice spot to fill up air in your tires as well. Has option to park for longer as well (Impark).

They seem to have good deals but the service is very bad. I waited in line for 20 minutes outside the shop. Arrived at the desk, I've been asked to choose between tens and tens of tires. Every question I asked about the specs was answered quite rudely. Once I selected the tire, they went at the back for 10 minutes and came back saying that they didn't have any tire for my car.

Joshua, who works there, is very inconsiderate. Despite being informed by several groups that they were waiting for tire service, he waited an hour before telling them there were no more walk-ins for the day, unnecessarily wasting everyone's time.

Tires here most brands on hand if not they can order lots of great prices special deals on select tires. They can order tires for your corvette installing them too after shipping fair prices too.

I had a great experience with Nelson. In the beginning, I did worry if he was rude but he was VERY helpful. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have thought to contact the dealership etc to get valuable information. I would love to purchase a tire here, but a 5-7 day wait I’m like 😩 I would say, it would be nice to know the 2 car dropoff options BEFORE paying! Because after what I heard, it can essentially take 1+week to get an appt to change the tire although you’ve just paid or there is a 10 person limit per day and you have to get in a long line hoping to be 1 of the 10 🤦🏾‍♀️😩

Rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. So much worse than I expect from Costco. Took them 6+hours to finish the job, then they refused to put all the lug nuts back on the car and told me to drive it off property without lug nuts (they would not provide any for my standard toyota). Staff were hostile when I said I refused to drive the car out of their garage while missing lug nuts (all auto parts store were closed when they finished at 8:30pm) Staff was condescending, tried to upsell me and when I refused turned attention on my partner who knows little about cars to gouge more cash out of us. Got second opinion on the car - remaining lug nuts were absolutely fine.

Super grateful! Chanced a Walk in service since online appointments were already a week out and our tires came in earlier this week. Pays to be flexible and open. Had linner and shopped around in Costco and these guys made it happen! Thank you, again! Definite recommend! No wonder they won Employees of the Month twice!! 👍👍 TIPS: buy your tires online and have them shipped here. Then once delivered, an email will be sent with link to schedule your online appointment. Do this ASAP! Spots fill up fast! Glad they had specific Tire service only parking spots. Made it so much easier to get in/out.

Es basura. por un cervicio y te cobran lo que es. 4 llantas más de 15 Días esperando. Me avisan que ya están 15 dias y dice un señor muy muy ALTANERO delgado ÉL y así contesta a todos. No bada más ami. SOLO 3 (SON 10 AM) NO TENGO ESPACIO. LLAMEN PARA HACER PTRA CITA Y ESPERARAN MES DE UNA SEMANA. QUE ESTO. ????? ALREDEDOR DE MIL DOLARES QUE PAGE.. POR FAVOR.

Mom popped her tire while visiting, and though it took a while, they took out same day service fine. It was done by the time we had wandered around Costco a bit

Pretty long lines even if you have an appointment. I bought tires at Costco and assumed they will be able to properly install them. Unfortunately they cannot check wheel alignment which is required after tire installation. Now I need to spend more time and money to go to another shop. Never again I'm going here to install new tires. It is a very misleading customer experience tbh. They at least installed tires the same appointment day, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Special shout out to Julio and Erwin who put our spare on right before close with it pouring rain outside. Always stressful getting a flat, especially in downtown SF. We pulled in just so we could call roadside assistance and Julio jumped up to help us. We were able to get back home to Vacaville that night thanks to them going above and beyond. I sure wish we lived closer--we would have bought all of our new tires and had them installed at this store. Dealing with the poor customer service at the Vacaville Costco Tire Center makes me realize how lucky we were to have had these two help us out when they definitely didn't have to.

Terrible service, felt condescending and rude towards me being female and had to leave without even getting a nail in my tire addressed or my planned $1100 new tire set purchased. Do better, Costco. Parked in a space marked “tire center”, stood patiently waiting at empty counter for a rep, a rep starts approaching me and starts pointing at me and telling me I need to move my car because it’s a tire pressure spot. I nicely explain I have a nail in my tire, want to check tire pressure while I order new tires that I needed anyways, but then proceeds to tell me “if you don’t know how to use pressure gauge, then we will teach you…but you still have to move your car…first come first serve…” Why would he assume that as a woman I didn’t know how to measure tire pressure? Every time I tried to ask a question, he cut me off saying move your car. First come, first serve basis…I was the only customer in line. I go back to my car to find 2 of the 4 tire pressure refill spots all vacant. Costco is my go-to for all bigger purchases, but will never come back to this tire center. Will price match at a dealer.

Tony was very condescending and inflexible on anything we asked. It's my first time ever going to costo for tires, and I won't be back.
