Guys here are okay. Can’t speak on the actual tire/auto service, but the front desk service sucks. Expect to wait in line 15 minutes. Get a better system and hire some people that just work at the front instead of having your workers run all over the place doing everything. Couldn’t return my battery I bought there because “their system makes it difficult to return things” what??

I've gotten service here a few times now. Generally speaking, the people here are OK. None of them are terribly interested in providing a top notch guest service. I've never witnessed anyone being rude, but they very much make you feel as though they are just there to do a job, be left alone (if possible), and collect a check. Guest experience is 100% NOT a priority for them. Appointments are virtually useless. If you have an appointment... that is basically the START of a 2-hr window where they HOPE to get your car in the bay and completed. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a blow out on a Sunday a couple years ago, and was FORCED to buy tires at Costco (as they're the only tire shop open on Sundays)... I would not continue getting tire service here.

Average pricing, decent service, except most of the employees need costumer service training. I have met 2 employees that are respectful and listen and are polite. They are rare, and not always at the service desk.

Don't believe their claim of using nitrogen for tire inflation. With almost 20 years of experience with nitrogen-inflated tires, I can confidently say that they did not use nitrogen for my tires. There were no noticeable changes in performance, and the pressure fluctuates with temperature changes just like regular air. This feels like a clear case of false advertising and misleading customers.

The people that work here are great. The system is completely broken here. I had an appointment at 1.45. When you show up at 1.30 there are many people in front of you to be checked in . More than half of them without appointment. May be they need to expedite with 2 kiosks dedicated for those with appointment. My appointment was for a simple rotation and balance. It took about 2.5 hrs with appointment. Costco needs to look at this broken process.

Believe the bad reviews. I've been there twice over about 5 years. I didn't feel welcome either time, like getting tires from them was a burden on them. Go anywhere else.

Everybody's nice ..... however the first thing you will experience are very long lines, and the tires are 10%+ overpriced, And when they sell you tires, they make you wait most of the day to get them put on. 4 hours minimum And they won't fix a flat quickly, same thing like 4 hours, Same slow service with anything, else as well - checking air pressure or. rotating the tires you have to have an appointment or wait hours... Because of those inconveniences I'll never buy tires here again. Discount tire will be my go to from now on. If you have a flat they help you within thirty minutes. They also check your air pressure quickly. From what I've seen if they're not busy they do as much as they can to help you quickly. My first experience with discount tire. I had a blowout on the freeway and the tow truck took me there and they sold me two new tires and I was out within 2 hours!... Then I came back to get the tire pressure checked and they had the line set up to do that instantly fifteen minute wait. The other costco is not much different so maybe it's just their Is corporate culture. Is reminds me of the old DMV, hurry up and wait.

Great service overall! I’ve been changing my tires here for the third time, and the staff is always friendly and professional. However, scheduling an appointment can be a hassle, as it’s hard to get through and can take a lot of time.

I went to this place on Sunday afternoon and realized that many people came and received exceptional service from the kind and polite staff. I got a free-of-charge service for my car. A kind lady checked my car Tires, adjusted their pressure free of charge, and did not accept any tip, that I wanted to give it to her from my heart. I appreciate you guys and best wishes to you and your family.

Thorough advice and recommendations for options even if I am a little ahead of time to change based on tread depth, and closer based on age of tire. Kind helpful service even late on a Friday. Always trustworthy service here.

After I dropped my car for tire rotation, they called me to inform uneven wear and recommend me to replace all 4 tires. Tire has 50k warranty while it was on less than 25k. How come this bad uneven wear happens within 7.5k, since I was doing a tire rotation every 7.5k and this is the first time they told me that? So I asked them just to rotate. When I picked up my car, it was far from replacement necessity. I asked them why they didn't inform last time. Then, he blamed 7.5k is too far and it should be done every 5k. I found their recommendation is 7.5k in the paper work! I also asked them whether warranty can be used. They told me mine just expired since over 5 years. When I got home, I checked my receipt. Apparently 5 years hasn't passed. This place lost my trust. Too much inaccurate info is shared with customers. They are just trying to sell tires. If uneven wear is there, we need wheel alignment or suspension service first, not install new tires!

I was here on 9/04/24. I took my car in because of a flat tire. I was here since 1:00 until past 5:00. According to the person that called to tell me I needed a new tire because my old tire had a hole in it and it couldn’t be fixed (which I doubt now seeing all the bad reviews they have). I said fine but the guy kept telling me that I need to buy all 4 tires if I want to keep the warranty! What? My other 3 tires are still almost new! Very rude guy and I think it was the manager because I saw him later. Very bad customer service at this Costco tire shop! I know they are very busy but it’s not an excuse to be mean to people or try to take advantage of women thinking we don’t know about tires! Never coming back to this tire shop!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this tire center for years, but the new management has lost my trust. I left my car at 11 AM for a flat tire repair and rotation, showing exactly where the puncture was. At 3 PM, they called to say it was ready. However, as soon as I drove off, the tire pressure warning light came on for the same tire. They had only pumped air into the flat tire without repairing or rotating it. When I returned, the first employee assured me everything was fine and that they had fixed and rotated the tires. I insisted on speaking to the manager. After a 10-minute wait, the manager falsely claimed there were two punctures. If they had rotated the tires, the flat wouldn't be in the same spot. If they had admitted they were busy and made a mistake, I could understand, but I can’t trust anyone who lies to me. I won’t be coming back

The service at this Firestone tire center is the worst! I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. When I checked in at the appointment time I was advised it would be two hours! I asked two hours to rotate my tires with an appointment? He said lucky you made an appointment otherwise it would be all day. Then turned and walked away. Yes, two hours later my vehicle was ready. Once I arrived home I noticed they left one of my caps off a valve stem. Just poor poor customer service. Never again! I should have gone to Discount Tire.

Once you get someone to help you, they are very nice and helpful. I had an appointment at 1pm. I stood in line for 20 minutes before a worker even acknowledged my presence. I ordered the tired ahead of time so when I got there, it would be easy and no fuss. I needed only two tires replaced and it took very two hours. The longest tire change ever. Yes, the price was better than Discount tires, but the time I lost waiting for two tires was not worth it. Perhaps it’s just this Carmel mountain place.

what the hell is the point of making customer schedule an appointment when even after 2 hours later they have not even started the work on my car. now I have to wait one more hour, total of 3 hours!!! this technician who seems to have been assigned to work on my car keeps coming out for customers and stop doing the work. terrible terrible service! the worst Costco experience of all! Costco needs to manage this tire store better than this or it will ruin your fine reputation.
