I bought four new Bridgestone tires and spent over $900. After tire was installed, as I was leaving the area, my vehicle tire pressure shows 39, 38, 37, and 37. My tire pressure supposed to be 35 max. If they can’t even do a simple task to get the tire pressure right, I’m starting to worry whether they balanced it correctly. Very disheartening!

Great place for tires

3 experience with this one. 1 good, 1 ok 1 bad. 1 good install on a wagon. 1 ok with a flat repair but did not put back my factory air cap, details matter, and I had that ugly green one for a week or so before I notice. 1, bad. I was not given a logical reason as to why they would not, A)order tyres and B) install tyres on to my suv. The trye request was a rims size difference. I double checked the diameter and with an increase of side wall to compensate the 1 in loss in rim the diameter were the same. I was told no. Not sure the why or how but there you have it. Kinda makes me think there is a disconnect between how the policy is used between stores. I called other stores, with the same info, and they said they could do it. I bet this location never sells the rims advertised in front of the tyre center.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Brought my vehicle in to service a nail in one of my tires and they cracked my rim. Filed a claim with their “claims” department and they denied it. I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle for service at Costco.

Costco usually delivers great service and products. This tire center team did everything they could to avoid fixing my tire under warranty. Looked at miles, brought up old orders instead of recent purchases. I had to double-check I was at Costco. Tbh. . I get usually Costco tires every 2 years but of course the tire that needs replacement was purchased 2 years and 1 month ago.

Love Costco, but this tire center is a miss. Did not notify me that tires had been delivered, and once they were finally installed, they didn't bother cleaning the lube off wheels or tires.

Zac is the best! God bless your beautiful heart young man. He helped me air my flat tire just when I'm about to call our insurance to get me towed. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. You can tell he loves his work, he cares for people, I'm not even a customer was just there to get air.. he's just a decent human being. Take care of this kind of employees Costco!
