Same experience as many others, over 2 hrs for a simple tire rotation even with an appointment. The place was fully staff but crew was just slow. Too much standing around for my liking.

Great service, special ordered BFG All Terrains in store Saturday, made an appointment for 6PM Tuesday and was out by 7:15PM . Truck rides great. Nate was very helpful. Thanks guys

I came a few months back for a tire replacement, ordered the tire by phone, as soon as tire was at store, they called and I made an appointment 3 days later. WITH appointment they took 3 Hours to replace 1 tire and put my spare back in place. Today I came because there is a screw in one of my tires, they open at 9:30 and I showed up at 9:33. Just to install spare tire they said 1:30 hours and maybe to repair tire 2 hours. Of course I dont want to be driving around waiting for a blowout So for today and for the last time I will have to wait here. Guys working there are super nice and attentive (both times). But of course they need more people in the back. Go spend your money and half or maybe a third of the time Some Place Else.

Waited nearly 3hrs for a standard tire rotation WITH APPOINTMENT...What's the point of even scheduling an appointment?!? Work done at a glacial pace; customer service is abysmal. Go to discount tire or someplace else. Wasted half of my day.

Can't count on them. They give you time estimate of an hour or less. Next thing you know, you're already there waiting for 2hours without any update...unless of course you look for them and ask.

I change my two front tires and when i started to drive the tired made some noise and i thought new tires how it's possible?! So they put 2 different sizes of tires! So who works over there they don't care about you or your life! I'm not recommending to fix there your tires. Bad service!

The worst customer service experience of my life. I would have gone to Discount Tire had they not been closed on a Sunday when I had a blowout. The manager is very rude, they sold me the wrong tire and wouldn’t return it. Overpriced and inexperience all around. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Great price on tires but the experience overall wasn’t great. Took two hours to install tires when I had a one hour appointment and was told “it would probably be about 45 minutes”. Slow service at front desk. At one point 5-6 people in line and no one there for a good 5-10 minutes.

Great service for my tires. I go here to rotate and balance my tires and I also bought batteries from them. Regarding batteries, they only sell but don't install them. My only complaint is that many times there's a long wait time on tire service, which seems to occur regardless of the number of people ahead of you...

I highly recommend this shop and appreciate the awesome service. I had a tow truck driver drop my vehicle there overnight as I was passing through San Antonio. Worried it could take all day I called the shop before opening hours, spoke to the manager who told me he’d have the tire guy look at it early. Justin in tire dept could not of been more friendly or helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the size tire needed for my F350, but changed the spare no problem, no charge (why the tow truck driver couldn’t change the spare is one/No star review for another company!)

I love Costco. An their tire center. They do such a great job and know what they are doing. Whenever I've gone here for a tire rotation, it has always been a great experience
