Disappointed. Bought tires online and was told they might be able to sqeeze me in one of the days. Arrive at 930am on a Saturday. Explained the situation of having to pick someone up from the airport at noon. Jason said they had an appointment at 1145am and they only had 2 cars ahead of me so they would be able to get it in sooner. He showed me the schedule of 2 at 930, 3 at 1030 and 2 with my appointment. he made the appointment time seem like a formality... I stood outside. They had had bays over for 20 and 30 mins and my car didnt move. And they took 8 cars in. I went to check at 1030. And they say yeah cant get to it till your appointment time rudely like i was crazy to be thinking it would be sooner. I get it, I didn't have an appointment but lying unacceptable. If you had no intention of trying to move it up dont say that. Horrible customer aervice experience that could have been avoided.

Bad service, I just bought a car battery, the cashier threw me the change, and I gave it to him in his hand. If they have problems, don't take them to work.

I purchased a set of BF Goodrich KO2 yesterday. Not only are these the best tires I've ever put on my Tacoma, Adam was instrumental in helping me make my choice. Billy and Joey advised me and were nothing short awesome. As many know, Costco on a Saturday is busy and accomodating for its customers can be overwhelming. Billy advised multiple customers in front of me and took the time to explain features and benefits of its products i.e certain name brand tires, why you need a certain rating of tire for a specific vehicle, etc. He did not rush through one customer to get to the next, knowing the line of people waiting to get serviced. Billy checked me in on time at 1015 and I explained how I needed a balance/tire rotation/TPMS sensors replaced. He advised how they will check the sensors and see if they are faulty or if they need to be recalibrate prior to replacing. Gave me an approximate time of 1 hour to 1.5 hours in total. They were on time and called me to explain that I do not need sensors just a recalibration. This saved me well over $200.00 for all four tires. Want to give a thanks to the guys in the back too for being prompt and I greatly appreciate the flawless service that was provided. Thank you and the team there!

If they have your brand of tire, they can't be beat. 5 year warranty, installation, a road hazard for free. They have manufacturer rebates, too.

These guys were outstanding, helped me get the right tire for my vehicle and saved me $400 compared to competitive companies. Definitely will recommend Costco tires in the future!

We bought new Michelin tires May 2nd 2024. The next afternoon I noticed a wheel weight laying in the driveway, I noticed the Left Rear didn't have a weight so my wife made a appointment for May 3rd 2024 at 4pm, they didn't take the vehicle back until 5pm. Usually we go to Discount tire and I guess we should of gone to Discount. Bad experience with Costco Tire Dept. They seem like they don't know what's going on.

Extremely honorable tire center. Ask for Billy, he was honest, sympathetic, and kind when we got a flat nearby right as the Tire Center was closing. Hadn’t bought our tires from Costco, but now I might be going back just based on this positive experience. Truly reassuring and understanding during a nerve wracking incident.

I really like the way this Costco has their their separate entrance to the tire center. Very polite and helpful. Dave is great! Gage was very informative.

Not a good experience at tire enter. When there is flat and with 2.30 hrs left to close I was turned away saying they cannot take walk ins. Disappointed. Another bad experience is when I wanted replace all 4 tires, I was not even getting help to check the size from the sales person. I was asked to bring the photo of the tire. The worst experience!!!!

Skip this particular Costco and go to a different one if you want to enjoy one second of your shopping experience. This Costco has a very crowded layout and there's not enough room in the aisles. Also the demographic of this neighborhood is quite low and it comes across in all the Shoppers that are in this particular Costco. There is no way to push your car with everybody shopping like they are driving like they're on the 101 loop. If you want to be around a bunch of self-centered people that cut in front of you and drive you crazy won't let you move your card and are just literally oblivious to everything around them and stuck in their own heads and their own world and being selfish the shop at this Costco.

The Costco tire shop that I went to today was very helpful as I had to get a new battery for my vehicle. And they even opened up early for me to switch out the battery because I had to go to work today. If you run into Todd he's the man you need talk to he knows everything about batteries. And yes even when you under stress the staff is very friendly and helpful in a time of need.
