Not impressed at all with this location. What is the point of an appointment, when you don't keep them. My car wasn't brought in for service until 45 minutes after my appointment. Then they told me my capnuts were bad and I would need to replace them. Odd considering I had just had all four brake pads replaced with no problem just 3 days earlier. It's a shame that Costco doesn't put the same service and care into their Auto center as they do the rest of their store. Over two hours into my appointment and still waiting ...

I called yesterday to schedule tire rotation appointment, which I expected would be weeks away. To my surprise she said "we can get you in tomorrow at 1:30 p.m." I went in today, my appointment was honored, and I was in and out within an hour and a half. I asked what changed, since I had experienced the very inefficient service of the past. She told me that they instituted a new system, and it has been much better so far for customers, and much easier on the employees in the tire dept. Hopefully this "New System" continues, as today's experience was prompt, professional and efficient !

Tire center was warned by executive management over a year ago about putting customer cars in the road and fire lane and still does it. How can you trust someone to work on your car that cannot obey simple traffic laws? What's next, parking them in handicapped spaces?

So I work 5 days a week 8-4 and I had a tire appointment at 0845 in the morning for Sunday. Well I get a call getting told that the tires are not in, so they forced me to change my appointment to Tuesday at 1800 and it took them 3 hours to change the tires. When you are such a big company how do you have such horrible logistics who ever runs your logistics in moving equipment need to be re trained or fired.

Spent over 3 hours waiting for a leak in my tire to be fixed, Costco tires less than a year old, before being told that the techs "are not even close to getting to you". And I was only the second walk-in. I find it ridiculous that there's no process for slotting in walk-ins. I'm not saying I should've gotten special treatment or jumped the line, but I'm shocked there's not a single slot in a single bay left open to help accommodate walk-ins. Especially for things like flats that are not safe to continue driving on.

I love Costco, but not impressed with the tire center. Customer service is bad and they act like they don't have time to mess with you or maybe they just don't want to. Drive on down to Discount Tire to get the best price and service in town.

I ordered tires over the internet they were sent to the store the store called me the tires were in. I went to the tire center as a walking and they got me out in two and a half hours. If you are patient you can do your shopping and you are done leaving with new tires and all the money gone from your checking account.

I was traveling to Houston and they wouldn’t change my tire and they still had two hours till closing with one customers tire to change. And the lady at the front desk proceeds to curse me out. Now I’m driving 15 hours with a spare till the morning thanks to them. If my tire pops and I have an accident it’s on them.

So grateful for Austin in the tire center. He went above and beyond for my family. He was able to squeeze us in a very busy schedule as we were stranded in the parking lot and needed to get back to our other children. I hope his managers see this and know what an asset he is not just to the store but his community.

I needed a repair on a flat urgently--Costco was busy--as always. However, despite my lack of appointment, the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND and showed me *overwhelming* kindness to get me back on the road. We ended up having to cut the stripped bolts to get my spare off, but they found a shop that would take me AFTER HOURS, scheduled me an appointment, called ahead to get me the parts, and sent me on my way with kindness and enough evidence to file an insurance claim. They did EVERYTHING they could think of to make sure I made my 2 hour drive home safely that night. My not-so-good-very-bad day was made 1000% better by the compassion from this team. NEVER would have made it home that night without them. Costco may be busy, but if you want a place where every customer is treated as valuable and you would like to be dealt with professionalism and respect, then Costco Tire in Farragut is IT. Their jobs are not just jobs to them.

Very poor customer service. Staff was rude during the installation process. To top it all off the Firestone tire that I purchased had a valve leak that I had to fix myself.

Had a sidewall cut just before a big trip. The tire department personnel got me in within 30 minutes with no appointment and got my tire replaced in about an hour. Great service for an always busy shop. Thank you and you've continued to win my business.

The manager Chase was so combative while explaining to me my alignment had voided my warranty that I ended up crying and walking away still not understanding. It’s rare to experience such awful customer service at a Costco and I hope it was just a bad day for Chase and the tire center. But I would caution anyone who wants to depend on Costco’s customer service and reliability if working with the tire center. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I experienced with Chase and his team.

They forgot to balance my tires when I came in to have all four tires replaced. I had to come back due to severe vibration at high speeds. They were polite and fixed it for free but people's time is valuable and they should've done the job right the first time. They have good prices on tires and service but lack attention to detail.

Costco has good prices on tires but there service is the worst ever. I have made numerous appointments for a simple tire rotation and it takes a minimum of two hours when it should take only take about a half hour and they always have an excuse. Today I went in for a road hazard repair, with an appointment, and again I was there for over two hours, they did not even fix the tire. UNACCEPTABLE. I went down he street and had the tire fixed in about 30 minutes. AT NO CHARGE. Where do you think I will go next time for tire service. NOT COSTCO!

I was on a trip and had a tire pressure problem. Fortunately, I found this Costco along the way. Even though they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road pretty quickly. The staff was VERY professional...as I have always found at Costco tire centers.
