They took my car in at 8:28 PM (they closed at 8:30 PM) because I had a flat tire. No one else was even open, and they helped me. I am so grateful for the knowledgeable, empathetic, and skilled staff. The only issue I've ever had was a broken center cap during a service, which they paid to replace without question. 10/10. Costco takes care of their members.

Beware. When they hype up their warranty what they don't tell you is they require documentation of EVERY tire rotation. That information is conveniently left out until you try to make a claim.

Bought 4 Michelin Defenders here, which include tire rotation for life of tires. First 3 times they rotated tires they did fine. 4th time they cracked one of my wheel covers. Next visit I alerted them about cracked wheel cover and brought in the broken one to show them what happened. I had already replaced it. They finished rotations and called to ask if I wanted the broken one installed on my wheel. What the? I said no. Then I walk around to pickup car, and they laid the old broken dirty wheel cover on the front seat of my vehicle, leaving black rings on my light gray seats! Oh wait, it gets better. A week after the rotation I discovered that they cracked 2 more of my wheel covers, and that caused 2 of the center caps to pop out. To summarize, on my last 2 visits, they cracked 3 of my 4 wheel covers and lost 2 center caps. The crazy thing is that the first 3 times nothing bad happened. Now I feel stuck with this crazy place. Avoid this tire center. There is a reason for the low reviews.

I ordered tires and they arrived a week early. The guys called and got me in the next day to get all 4 put on. When I arrived 10 minutes early, they immediately pulled my car in and ot started on it. The team was very fast and very professional. They checked over everything and put the proper amount of air in them (something Sam's club does not do). Everyone was friendly and treated me with respect and smiles. I highly recommend them.

My appointment was at 10:00a on a Monday. I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment. Even though the store didn't open until 10 they opened 10 min early and couldn't wait to get to work. I purchased my tires online and they were delivered to the store so it didn't take much time to drop off my car. Tires were installed and I was on my way at 10:30. Staff was friendly and professional. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Tires were quiet and smooth on the ride home.

The price was good, the people were nice. They ordered the wrong set of tires. When I called to see if they put on the tire they told me they forgot about it. An hour later they called and told me they had to reorder the right tires, that it would be shipped and be there in 2 days. Then I called after the 2 days and then they told me that they couldn’t get the tire until 5/5 cotsco will have my car for three weeks for 1 tire change. Will never buy here again. Listen to the reviews and go to discount tire.

We went in a few weeks ago with an appointment first thing in the morning. It took over three hours for them to put new tires on. So, getting an appointment may not really be necessary, you may have better luck just walking in. That being said, the tires are great and I love the warranty that they come with.

Worst tire center probably in the whole of Greensboro. Ruined my cars lug nuts, tried to force me to buy lug nuts from them. Though will give them another chance, even after booking appointments, doesn’t matter which time of the day, they always take 2-3 hrs for service. Will never go back.

I purchased tires from them with warranty that includes tire rotation, wheel balance and flat tire fix. I have a very busy schedule and even time I have to hire Uber after dropping off my car for the service. On Saturday Nov 19th. 2021 I dropped of my car and request and flat tire fix and tire rotation and wheel balancing. Because of my previous experience I had marked my wheels to make sure they are rotated. I went home and ask them to call me when the car is ready. I got a call after douse hour that the car is ready. I went back a pickup the car. They lied to me. None of the tire were rotated. All the wheels has different air pressure and way more that it suppose to be the the flat tire is still flat as I was taking up to three weeks to get the air pressure lower. It is the same was. The same tire the air pressure went down. Means, it was fixed. How one can trust them. Very slow service. Very rude people. And do not provide the service they promise.

I see A LOT of negative reviews on here but I’ve been a member since 2010, gotten 4 different sets of tires for 2 vehicles over that time and experienced 2 different Costco Tire shop locations and I have Never had an issue. If you leave there upset I can guarantee you didn’t speak with a supervisor or manager before you left because they will always go out of their way to give you a satisfactory experience. It’s one of the busiest places in the area since they have the longest hours, open the latest ,and produce the highest volume of tire sales. Literally just talk to a supervisor or manager if there is an issue and it’ll get cleared up. Super friendly and professional people 👍🏼

I would like to give more than five star. Everything went in a professional and organized manner. Staff were so friendly and provided a good service. Even I missed a phone call from the tire center then one staff came and found me in the Costco to discuss small changes. Thank you!

Greatly disappointed with my experience. Decent deal on tires but if you care about your wheels I would have them installed somewhere else. My wife and I dropped both of our cars off (2 rear wheels installed on each) and came back to find all of them damaged. I always take before pictures as this is not the first time this has happened to me at a tire shop. One employee was very nice while another was very quick to deny and act like it was my fault. Good thing for the pictures... It took an arm and a leg, but they did pay to have them repaired. Unfortunately, one set has a machined face so my perfect wheels prior to install will never be the same again. A giant, disappointing headache.

I’ve had 2 great experiences with this department. First when I needed new tires, there was a sale for $70 off, and the guy told me to wait a few more days as they would go to $130 off. A year later, I ran over a bolt, and I was wanting a new tire and they told me it was an easy patch job. They were very honest and allowed me to save money. The downside is that you have to have some time for your repairs as they are very busy.

Do not purchase tires from Costco. I bought tires with a 50k+ mile life and the tires were already at 3/32 after less than 20,000 miles. This was for a mid size SUV. They go out of their way to make sure that they don’t have to honor warranties. Make sure you carefully read the work order when you pick up your vehicle to make sure they have done everything asked. In particular make sure that they have performed a tire rotation not a rebalance. Performing a rebalance and not a rotation will void your warranty and they will deceptively make sure to do the rebalance.

I ordered 2 tires online because I only needed 2 (last year I bought 2 for the front of my car and my rear tires still had some wear in them but would need to be replaced). Fast forward to my appointment today, and I asked the technician to put my front tires in the rear (since they were only a year old ) and my new tires on the front. He said okay no problem! So we get my car back ( btw they didn’t call me they call my bf # which I stated was a back up # only) and the new tires were on the rear.. I go back I and have to wait 20 minutes just to speak to a manager to be told they only put new tires where the worse tires were but they would be happy to take my front ones off for me and put my old bad ones on for me if I wanted my front ones changed!!! Needless to say I WILL NEVER BUY TIRES OR LET THOSE IDIOTS WORK ON MY CAR EVER AGAIN!!! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!

I wanted to change my tires from Costco but I gave up after 20 mins wait in line. All I needed was some information, maybe a booklet showing my options. I don't mind the wait but it felt like I was invisible to the representative... Plenty of other places to replace the tire!

Long story short: Don’t buy tires from Costco thinking that you are covered under warranty. When you need them they will always find out a way not to cover the tire replacement or fixing. Note : On the agreement it never says that tire balancing has to be done every 6 months . ( image attached) Costco was always known for their customer and services . Hearing that I went to Costco and replaced with 4 tires with 60,000 miles warranty. After 30 ,000 miles my Toyota Camry didn’t pass the inspection because of the tires . Now Costco said in the terms and conditions it’s written that for the warranty you need to provide the tire balanced every 6 month ( not rotation) papers to Costco . Which I never kept . Without the tire balancing paperwork , my warranty is void . Lol!

The worst customer service experience possible. I interacted with three guys of the 5 to 6 working the night of 01/13/20. Of the three I interacted with only 1 knew what customer service means (indicative by the manner which I was treated). I was told my tire couldn’t be fixed according to their policy (I included a picture of the puncture I found and marked). They offered my 90 dollars towards the purchase of a 198 dollar tire. My tires were at “50% life” according to them. The best practice is to replace the pair. In my case this would have meant replacing the damaged rear left and also the rear right which would have come to over 300 dollars and the tires had to be ordered. Since the service was so poor I already wasn’t interest in giving them a dime. So I went back home and called roadside assistance (All-Over Towing who did a fantastic job); they came out to my house and put my spare tire on for me. I setup an appointment online with Discount Tire. Not only did Discount Tire fix my tire but they did it at no charge. I will no longer deal with Costco Tire Centers. I had been a customer since 2008. I will now go to Discount Tire for tire upkeep and replacements.
