All of the staff members are very nice, but 3 out of 4 times I've been there for tires and service, they did not call me when my car was ready. The 1 time they did call me was 3 minutes after I went to the counter, and they told me it would be 15 or 20 more minutes until my car was ready. And even after they called to say my car was ready, I still waited outside another 15 minutes for them to back my car out of the bay. So after a reasonable time for them to complete the work, check at the counter to see if your car is ready.

Shout out to Ken in the tire center. It was busy and chaotic today when I went in for a tire rotation, but Ken was composed and helped everyone quickly and with kindness.

We love Costco... Quality is great with low prices on family size packages. And one of the greatest thing there is the hotdog on it's food court! 🌭🍕🌯

I got tire changed here. And then the tire pressure light keeps turning on right after the changes. I thought it was the sensor, No! It’s the Costco tire! The brand new Michelin tire pressure went down to 10! I don’t know it is this Costco or all the same, but I will never buy tire from Costco again!

I love Costco, but don't recommend getting tired there. The people working there don't know what they are doing. I was told 1 thing on the phone about the availability of tires and installation. Then I was told something completely different in the store. Had to order them online which is fine. However, shipping time to get them to the store to a very long time. Then, setting up an installation appointment became another hassle taking more time than it should. I would recommend getting tires somewhere else where you can be taken care of in a much more timely matter and not have the people who work there seem incompetent.

If you want to stick to Costco the Augusta one is great. All three of the cars I changed here in Columbia this year had their tires put on fine but the service was less than stellar.

They must need to hire more people. Had appointment at 4:45 for balance and rotation on a Tuesday afternoon. It took over 2hours, ridiculous. The Costco in Charleston takes 30 minutes 45 at max.

Told them I had nails or punctures in my rear tires, they were going flat. Driver rear wouldn’t hold pressure for more than 2 days. After an hour and a half, they came back and told me it must have been wrong and that they didn’t find anything and it should hold just fine. They patched the rear passenger but the rear driver has no issues. I just left after wasting all that time for him to tell me I don’t know which tire is bad. I have to air it up every other day, I’m fairly certain I know it’s bad. Told me to come back in a couple days if it went flat again. Zero chance of me going back.

Absolutely the worst! I regret buying tires from Costco because EVERY TIME I come to get my tires rotated and balanced, the mechanics screw up the tire pressure. I even spoke to Aaron today about it and he assured me that it would be correct. You can guess from the one star review that was not the case. Incorrect on the sticker they put on the windshield and paperwork. The mechanics completely disregard the tire recommendations by the manufacturer. I will NEVER buy tires here again. I will use Firestone moving forward.

I arrived at the Tire Center and was seen in record time with a good report on my tires. I always have questions. I asked about the difference in All Terrain versus All weather. I inquired about the best tire available that would replace the tires I now have that have been discontinued. These crew members work together as a team and contribute so much good information that when you walk away, you actually know something, and that is priceless. Thank you Costco.

They actually clean the mating surfaces and torque the bolts on within an hour and a half, not 4 to 6 hours like other places This is superior service nowadays. Go to any other tire center and you will not receive service from guys like the ones here. Polite, thorough and professional, not hungover, sluggish or mad at the world. Will never go anywhere else now. Anyone who complains about the service here has never bought tires is all I can say.

Extremely helpful employees. Pulled into the parking lot with a flat tire, they went above and beyond to help me swap out for the spare so I could pull into the garage. The repair didn't take long and I was shocked at how little they charged me for all the help they gave me.
