NEVER! BUY TIRES from @costco or @bridgestone … someone explain to me how in less than two years of purchasing 4 brand new tires and they are already worn out?! Sounds sketchy as FCK to me and I’m not having it .. Besides the fact they have the WORST customer service & make excuses and want to blame the consumer, while NOT standing behind their product is CRAZY…. But want to blame the consumer ?! 🤔 @bridgestone …. @costco Stand behind your product … you were ok when I was spending my money but refuse to comp me 4 new tires at NO charge … for tires that were trash and are STILL under warranty ?! Absolutely NOT … & your store manager is VERY rude and condescending, that must explain your tire Center’s 2.9 rating huh SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️… so much for those DEI initiatives… YALL have been warned don’t buy tires here!!!! 💯💯💯😒

They may sell tires, but they don't know how to service tires. Took my car in for a rotation. I had a leak in my valve stem. They didn't have the right valve stem for a 2013 toyota avalon. Then they couldn't remount the tire so I had to find a tire shop. Because they said there was tire dust in my tire and they didn't have the valve stem. Mr. Tire on mayfield had SOM had me on the road with my original tire in an hour. First time I have ever thought costco didn't care or were trying to upset me into 4 × $250. They need to remember it's Value that people buy. Quality at a good price. They are not a full service tire center, they sell tires and rotate. Need to get some experience behind their desk.

During our tire change appointment they broke the entire braking mechanism on one side and then attempted to cover it up and claim it had already been that way. “Manager” (Kenyon-?) was less than helpful, didn’t follow up with us and had to be hounded to get back to us with a resolution. Almost impossible to get anyone to even answer the phone! This tire center is a joke!

Went here to have my tires replaced. They ordered the tires I wanted, got me on the schedule and got me in and out in the hour and a half they quoted me. All the technicians were nice and professional!

1 star for poor and rude service. I had an appointment for new tire installation. Was told 60-90 mins. It took nearly 3 hours. I was willing to gloss over that because they were very busy. After 25 miles, I returned for my tire retorquing as instructed. I was quoted at 15 mins. I did some shopping and came back 20 mins later. While I was asking about my car. Another person was dropping theirs off for a retorquing. The person at the front desk apologized for the delay and said it would be another 10 mins. So I waited by the service desk. Asked again in 10 mins. And was told my car was next and it would be 5 mins. 5 mins later the person who dropped their car off 20 mins after me received their keys. I was told my car hadn’t been serviced yet…. So they bypassed me to work on someone’s else car for the same service. I mentioned this. Front desk person went to the garage and came back with my keys. Told me to come back another day… they still hadn’t touched my car. I was in shock at this point. I complained and finally 10 mins later the garage person told me she couldn’t find my car. I had been standing by the service desk for over 30 mins and no one thought to mention this. And “miraculously” she found my car right away and got the job done in 5 mins. 1 star for being ignored and lied to while waiting. And 1 star because they weren’t very apologetic for their mistake. When the keys were returned I received a snarky reply that the car was parked out front and “easy to find.”

Earliest appointments are 2+ weeks out but it doesn't matter anyways. Showed up for appointment time, quoted 1.5 hours, got a call they were starting on it over 2 hours after my appointment time. Not worth the savings

Hello Costco Tire Center, I'd like to thank your employee Marc who helped me out today. One bar of my car trunk suddenly broken after I finished shopping at Costco. The trunk couldn't be closed. So I went to your center to ask for some help. Marc voluntarily helped me remove the broken bar. I really appreciate his help. I am glad your Center has a such good heart staff. Now I know where to go for my next tire replacement.

I bought 4 new tires in June 2021 from Costco. No issue until recently when my tire just burst basically. Apparently the wheel alignment and rotation schedule was off and I had no idea. When I purchased the tires, I was not aware that not having a wheel alignment was necessary in order to take advantage of the supposed 5 year warranty but it was a point well made when I had to purchase 4 new tires because of it. The techs were nice but I feel like that should have been explained in detail when I got the tires and the fact that it was needed should have been mentioned when I brought the car in in January 23’ for a tire repair. I had no idea and I basically spent $1800 for tires with Costco in less then 2 years. Not impressed with the service or the general manager. He was not helpful and I don’t feel like Costcos policies are in the best interest of the customer. Just looking to make money. Not happy at all.

My tires were on in 2 hours, showed up at 7pm, done at 9pm. Be patient and nice and your tires will get done fast!

Set an appointment for a specific time, weeks in advance. It’s a tire rotation with no reprogramming to the pressure sensors. Waited for over two hours to get 4 tires switched. I was informed it was their busy season so it would be an hour and a half, and they had to wait for a bay spot to open. Excuse me…? Is not my reservation supposed to save my spot? It’s literally the definition of the word reservation. If they’re are not going to adhere to reservation times, they should implement a system to call customers and give them a 20 minute window as to when to arrive. The only reason they get two stars is because of their excellent tire prices.

Try to get a tire rotated. Waited for 2+ hours without any notifications or calls and finally went to ask to find out they broke my lug nuts without doing any works. The worse part is that they refuse to take any responsibility. I will support any Costco decision to fire all these incompetent "technicians".

Everything was quick and easy. They replaced 4 tires in the time it took me to shop and grab a slice of pizza. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Found a big scratch on my my truck right next to the driver door. Could not have been there since I had just washed and waxed. Found this following them turning the truck back over to me and handing me a broken piece off my tire saying this stuff happens. Management was no help. Said they would call me and never did.

Great Michelin tires at a very good price initially. But they really get more $$ from you down the road if you need warranty coverage. My tire needed replaced due to a broken steel belt from a large pothole in the road. Tread depth was 8 out of 10 (new). That's only 20% tread wear lost. The tire was on sale for $150, but the replacement cost me $124. I feel it should have been no more than $60. $20 instalation, $30 for the tire, and about $10 max for tax, disposal, and shop fees. Their math is way off with no plausible explanation on the details of their charges!

Hit a pot hole and had a blown tire. Friendly, helpful staff. They went above and beyond putting my spare and all the jack components back into the trunk in the correct order.

Made appointment over 2 weeks ago. Showed up on time for appointment. Hour and a half later they are just starting to work on my tire rotation. Nothing mention when I dropped off vehicle that they could not honor appointment time. Very poor communication from service managers. A tire rotation should NOT take over 2 hours when an appointment was made!!

Supply chain delays led to this location not being able to provide me with the Michelin tires I desired for a few weeks, so I opted for BF Goodrich's which were also on sale. It wasn't until AFTER I had paid for the tires that I was made aware they weren't in stock and that I would need to call them to find out when they were in stock and then schedule an appointment. I called a few days later and was told that the tires weren't in the tire shop yet but that they had been received and that I should make an appointment that night for 7pm. I arrived on time and wandered around the store for a bit. After 15 minutes I got a call letting me know the tire shop needed to follow-up with me; turns out the tires were not only not in the tire shop but that they didn't have them ONSITE and could not do what they had agreed to do earlier that day. When I asked if I had been lied to, the one employee offered that the employee who set me up for a waste of time "meant well". This feels like a really deceptive and irresponsible practice on the part of the employee who told me to come in. This will be my one and only use of this Costco tire center. Update - I am bumping it up from 1 to 2 stars as they provided me a cash rebate for the poor experience I had. I appreciate their effort to make things right and am hopeful that this spirit will apply to fixing the systems issues that created that experience in the first place.

The tire center is great. A huge shout out to the guy there with the exquisite braided beard. He is a cross between Papa Smurf and a friendly Viking warrior. He's a great guy and super helpful.

They don’t take customers until one hour before the closing time because they take at least one hour per tire. So their hours are all wrong. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in need, only if you have plenty of time or a schedule ahead of time. The staff was also super rude.

You will be there for 5-6 hours waiting for tire change they also damaged my rims so bad I had to change them! reception guy was so nice but workers in the back are extremely rude

Had an appointment for service that should take an hour as I was advised. Took almost 4 hours with an appointment to get my for pre-ordered and pre-paid tires installed. If you plan to shop while you wait, don’t buy anything refrigerated or frozen! The money I saved isn’t worth my wait. I would not recommend purchasing tires here, this will be both the first and last set of tires I purchase from Costco.

Operationally very poor. - wanted to get a tire rotation performed as Costco will not honor the tire warranty without proof of rotation according to manufacturer specifications. However actually getting them to do it in a timely fashion is the challenge. Today, I made an appointment for 6 PM, with email confirmation. Arrived on site, went to the appointment drop off counter, and was forced to wait for others who had not made an appointment. 10 minutes later… They checked me in, acknowledged that I had a rotation appointment, and then were kind enough to inform me that it will take an hour and a half. That is not the standard time for a tire rotation. I had to buy some stuff anyway, finish my work within half an hour, and left after counseling appointment. On my way out, of the four service bays, Three were empty. Service techs were comfortably hanging out, one person at the computer inside trying to manage everybody else. Total fail. -When you order tires from them, they tell you 10 days even though it clearly shows on the screen that it’ll be shipped within two days. I called back after four days and told them my tires have arrived (educated guess, they had arrived) and that I want them to confirm. They usually don’t like to check, but because their previous manager Kenyon used to check, usually they will make the effort if you push. Again operationally poor, they know all the shipping tines and they can be clear about it. They can check daily incoming shipments and proactively communicate, which they do not.

Set appointment for 4pm for new tires. Arrive 3:45. 15 minutes waiting to check in and told an hour thirty to complete work. 5:30... checked out with groceries stand in line for another 15 minutes to talk to clerk and told another 30 minutes. 6:15 stand in line for 30 minutes... food has now been out of freezer or refrigerator for over an hour. Kids at home waiting for pizza and we are waiting.

The service is really slow and dishonest. Sometimes you show up for an appointment in the middle of the day and they just... Don't have time to see you that day (this was a problem before covid). Sometimes you go there to get a tire fixed and then they don't fix it and you have to show up again for the same dubious service (their tire warranties are hence not really that great). They make a big deal of only installing tires rated better than the ones your car came with... But then when they don't have the tires your ordered and you go to get them installed... And they offer you different tires that aren't the right diameter, and install them without telling you that (the dealer pointed it out to me at my next service). So seriously, reconsider giving them your business. Costco is generally good, but their tire department here is not worth the time or effort or money.

The Tire Center manager couldn't have been nicer and tried to fix the tire leaks in my new tires but couldn't. He told me a might need new rim's for my 9-year old car. I took it to the car dealer who wire brushed the inside of the rims, rebalanced the wheels and fixed the leaks - for a fee! The dealer said they always wire brush the inside of the wheels to remove corrosion. The Tire Center also was unable on both visits to estimate service time. The first visit they missed the time by hours. No exaggeration. Costco's cookie-cutter approach to tire replacement may work for some, but this is one department of our beloved Costco we will not use again.

I told the technician Laith that I'm due for tire rotation when I first gave them my car. But guess what he didn't wrote that into the service report then Gregg tells me"tire rotation will take till 8:30pm"! I was here at 4:30pm. I will let you do the math of how long it took and how much time they wasted me.
