Bought 4 new tires after being installed I got home to clean my wheels and one of the cover bolts was missing as shown in picture and some where not fastened all the way.and missing stem cover.

Great price on a new set of tires. Service was absolutely horrendous though. Dropped my truck off for an appointment at 10am. Called 12 times throughout the day to get an update on when it would be done but they never answered a single call. Finally after almost 7 hours of waiting, we drove down to check on it and there it is, sitting in front of the busy costco UNLOCKED for who knows how many hours. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and security of my vehicle. Luckily nothing was stolen that I have noticed so far but I would rather spend a little extra at a business that has ANY communication with its customers and cares about the security of their vehicles than come back here again.

Mi opinión es con respecto a el ma servicio de quien está en frente atendiendo a los clientes nunca atienden las llamada y ala hora de acer un Travajo casi 2 horas para cambiar una llanta todos están en su descanso y anadie le importa que uno esté esperando

Almost 2 hours with appointment to rotate tires . If this is saving time what is it to walk in. Never will buy tires here again … way too inconvenient better to deal with a local tire shop with much better service.

Service manager always take care of .e, he is always in the mud making sure customers are moving. Only thing is the mix up in appointments when calling in, they are not writing it in.

For me, it was perfect. They had 3 options based on comfort vs mileage (simple). If you are a racer or want some special tires look elsewhere probably. My tires were 121 each plus 60 is for installation of 2. I didn't shop around but it was zero hassle/confusion and costco is a reliable company.

I am replacing the battery at this store. Employee:DAVE MILLS who served me an hour early. He worked very patiently and kindly to solve the problem for me. I am very grateful for his help and satisfaction with his service.

I come to Costco @1700 hrs and it’s the 2000 hrs 3+ hrs for the service price was very reasonable good but the service for the two guys here not friendly no costumer service at all. They said you car will be done on 2 hrs now it’s doble of the time I’m next and till I come here and take them 4 hrs for the service and when I ask him, about the time he said,. DO YOU WANT TO LIVE 😒 nooooo how he ask me the question after 2 hrs ... But any way thanks GOD after the long time 4/11/2019 🙄

The people were really nice. The experience wasn't super great though. Paid for my tires but we're not in stock (okay). Was supposed to receive a call next day around 9-10 am when they got there... Didn't get a call. Called them around my lunch break at 6 pm to ask if they were there (they were!) I was upset they didn't call but it might have just been a simple mistake (okay). Went the next day to get them changed. Said it would take an hour. Over two hours later... Never received a call. It was hot! Went up to see my tires were changed and car was ready just sitting there. Told the person in charge about my complaint nicely but firm. I was not called twice... Makes me think that the service isn't all that great. Just my experience.
