We thought we needed an alignment. An appointment was made. However, with assessment tools and modern technology Costa discovered contradictory data/symptoms. They made a combination of adjustments that solved the steering-pull. They could report that if we experience more pull at this point we would need to go a shop that would have to straighten the cars frame. We drove it- and agreed the adjustments worked. They thoroughly reviewed the work with us. The car was fixed within the morning. Highly professional service, orderly and organized, multi-bay capacity, and esthetically pleasing waiting area providing hot fresh coffee. We intend to be a permanent customer of Costa Auto Care.

The new tire was a little pricey, however, they were able to help assist me and take my tire off and put a spare on. They made sure to help accommodate me in anyway possible! THANK YOU

Most impressive to me was the transparency and time spent explaining what was happening. Andrew and Michael were awesome in communication and friendliness! Of course the shops professionalism was exhibited in their delivery of ‘getting the job/repair’ done.The pricing was very fair! The waiting room is a joy to behold! I loved the large atmospheric TV screen with a warm, colorful, gorgeous moving Holiday scene!!! I would highly recommend this shop!!!

Took my car in for the 1st time to for a diagnostic. Within 2 hours of dropping it off Michael called and informed me of the problem (EGR hose leaking). I authorized the repairs and by 4:30p Olando (tech) had me back on the road. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable for the amount of work and time that was required. I will definitely be back...Thank you -Sunny

These guys are phenomenal. I had a flat tire on my Tesla and the mobile service center were positive I had to replace the tire. I called Costa Auto Care and they insisted that they want to first give it a shot fixing before ordering and replacing my tire. I took the car and then managed to slip me in 20 mts before closing., fixed my tire in 15., saved me a bunch of money and I was out of there before they closed. Love these guys.

1st time there and super impressed with the service, I thought maybe because I am new but I wa able to see how they treated everyone else and I can tell they knew everyone by theirs names which shows repetitive clients. I learned they own the place for about 40 yrs and I can see why excellent care

Costa Auto Care is the BEST out there, hands down. After getting a new car 2 years ago, I decided to take it to the dealership for services and I should have never done that and stuck with Costa. They are honest, efficient, and so very kind. I have never had a bad experience with this team and they have never tried to sell me any unnecessary services. I adore them and will recommend them to anyone in need of a solid, local mechanic!

I am totally satisfied with the service I received! Michael, Orlando, Andrew, and Ulysses and crew always take great care of my car. They listened to all my concerns and did a very thorough diagnostic of my car. They explained everything in detail, and gave me options that I was comfortable with. They let you know what should be done right away, what can be done later, and what can be put off if it doesn't affect the performance of the car. The repairs were done quickly and I got my car back when they said it would be done. Couldn't ask for better service!

This company is fantastic! They all take the time and thoroughly review your vehicle, they send pictures of the items needing attention and let you know what urgent and what's not. They went wayyy above and beyond to get my car back to me and helped me to prioritize what was urgent to address. So patient and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to another seeking professional, thorough and friendly service from auto care center in Oakland or the surrounding area. Thanks guys!! I had two tires replaced today. Ernesto was great at installing them and he even applied dressing to all four tires. He was also very friendly. I definitely recommend this place to get your car serviced.

I have been searching for a GOOD mechanic. I received a received a referral from my Pastor: Stuckey who said Mike of Costa Auto Care is the very best for my cars. WOW he was on the money. Mike and his team are top notch. They told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle they fix and it runs solid. No problems or complaints. I will be back when ever I have a problem. They are better than going to the dealership.
