I started coming to Cortez Automotive when I moved into the area - he’s done work on my (well loved, extensively driven) vehicles several times. His work has always been prompt, done well, and priced extremely fairly. I don’t have extensive car knowledge but my dad does and affirms this. I also appreciate the time taken to explain what happened and what to keep an eye out for in the future. I’ve had negative experiences at other car shops as a woman so I want to especially note my positive experiences here. Even when my fiancé accompanies me to drop off my vehicles no one ever speaks to him instead of me, and I am treated with respect every time. If you’re reading this, I’m sorry you have occasion to need a mechanic but am happy to highly recommend Cortez Automotive!

El personal asqueroso, grosero y no encuentrp otra palabra para poderme referir al servicio prestado no lo recomiendo, prefiero andar con las llantas pinchadas The staff is disgusting, rude and I can't find another word to describe the service provided. I don't recommend it, I prefer to walk with flat tires.

I highly recommend Mister Cortez’s auto repair for his outstanding work on my truck. It was 4 o’clock already in the afternoon. The AC was low on Freon and they repaired it right away. Gota love this shop 🤗 ❤️ Muchas Gracias

Mr. Cortez is a honest and genuine mechanic. A good friend referred him to us, she's always breaking down due to operator's craziness and he's always fixed it with no problems. I went after being told my alternator was messed up. He checked, it was my battery and didn't charge me a thing for charging my battery so I could go get a new one. Thank you, Mr. Cortez.
