I would never do business here again. Customer service was horrible. The actual service was horrible they installed 4 new tires and my tire was flat before I got home.

No lleves tu auto aquí, primero te dicen que te dan 15 días de garantía y ya después que te hacen el trabajo y cobraron te dicen que solo son 7 días NO PIERDAS TU DINERO No saben hacer una alineación Don't take your car here, first they tell you that they give you a 15-day warranty and after they do the work and they charge they tell you that it's only 7 days DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY They don't know how to make an alignment

So I took my At4 for alignment on Saturday morning. Felt funny driving back home. Drove on freeway and was pulling to the right and steering wheel turned left. Went back and Sunday to have them redoo alignment came out alittle worst. Very disappointed after paying $160 for bad service

They won’t honor their “one year factory warranty” I was happy because I thought I got a good deal on a set of 4 brand new tires. They gave me good price on tires plus one year factory warranty. However, six months later, today when I went back, because I noticed the front driver side tire developed a bubble on the wall. They told me that they couldn’t honor the factory warranty, because that bubble developed either because I hit a curb (on driver side? Come on) or I hit a pothole too fast. Guess what? If I hit a pothole too fast, how come the rear tire didn’t developed a bubble, too? Answer: the rear tire is build without factory defects. Second, I did hit a curb, one day with the rear passenger side tire and it didn’t developed a bubble. Also, there was not evidence that the tire with the bubble had been hit with anything. It didn’t had any scratch. So they told me that the evidence was inside the tire. So I told them to show me and they dismounted the tire and after 5 minutes looking for that evidence they found a spot with different color and that they said it was the proof that I hit something that cause the tire to fail. So I went somewhere else to get a new tire to replace that one and asked a second opinion without mentioning what happened at Corona tires. What I was told in this other tire shop is that that happens when the tire is overinflated or balanced improperly. He did not mention factory defect and I didn’t ask. The guy looked inexperience so I waited for his supervisor, who disappeared from view. I have to mention that I had to go back for rebalancing to Corona tires, 2 days later after they installed the new tires, because the steering wheel was shaking while driving the freeway. I include some pictures and you judge yourself. Right now, I would be happy if when I bought the tires, they had told me they only offer 2 months factory warranty on those tires, because the price on those were cheap, but no. They had to say one year and when I went back because their tires failed, they failed me, too.

Came here twice for a used tire for my Honda . They are Always fast and ready to help out. Great customer service at the front desk and in the shop. As soon as I can afford New tires I will be coming here 👍🏻

So I took 2 different cars to the shop for tires in hopes to save money. What was the point I had to pay a different tire shop to properly balance my tires all 4 on both cars so there went my savings thanks for nothing. I strongly recommend finding anywhere else to shop for tires or anything oh and $80 for a alignment when places like goodyear don’t charge that and my 13 year old could have done the alignment so again thanks for waisting my time and my money I will never shop at corona tire ever again, oh and let’s not forget about the tire that I wanted to keep now has damaged on the sidewall because they don’t know how to properly use a bead breaker on a tire machine. ( IF I COULD GIVE CORONA TIRE ZERO STARS I WOULD )

Been shopping around for some tires and decided to stop in. I got a great deal for my Dodge. All 4 new tires and I’m happy with decision. Somehow one of the tires came unbalanced days after. They quickly took care of me at no charge and sent me on my way. Talk about service!

I came here got all 4 new tires with balance and alignment with the total of almost $400 a month later my tires are worn out I went back and they said nothing could be done beware of businesses like this all they want is your money

I went and got some tires for a very good price Lady at the front desk was very nice and the workers changed my tires pretty fast. Definitely recommend going to Corona wheels and tires.

Worst tire/alignment “shop” i’ve ever been to. Lack of experience workers and they’ll doing sketchy stuff to customer vehicle. Don’t go there unless you wanna get rip off!
