Im new to the area. Walked into a few shops prior to visiting coopers, didnt like what i experienced so kept looking. Im pretty picky about who works on my cars. I worked at a toyota/lexus shop for a few years and my dad has been a heavy line technician his whole life… Ive only been here a few times now for oil changes but over thanksgiving weekend i dropped my chevy express 2500 to fix a pressing issue and service my transmission…Large vans are not fun to work on, especially over a holiday weekend but i would have never known it. these guys were accommodating and cared about doing it right and in a timely matter. Pricing is competitive and there was no upsell nonsense. Looking forward to the next visit.

After being severely scammed & treated like a “dumb, naive old lady” (70 yrs & have done some work on my cars over the years) at two other auto repair places, a friend referred me to Cooper’s. I was treated with respect & realistically advised on needed repairs on my ProMaster van. Competitively priced & discounts are available, as well as great deals on oil changes/inspections. I’ve had excellent service every time I’ve needed them.. Friendly staff & mechanics who really care about their customers. I trust them implicitly. — BTW… I checked the profiles of the “low star” raters, since I couldn’t believe they were describing Cooper’s!!! They also did low star reviews & ridiculous complaints on many other businesses… so I question the integrity of those raters. Just Sayin’

I've had them change my oil a few times. The service was done in about an hour. It takes a week or so to get in.

If I call your shop and say hey I need thermostat replaced I just don't have the proper wrench, do not try to charge me several hundred dollars for a diagnosis. That is horrible customer service.

Had some maintenance work done on my hybrid. Since the work was going to take a few hours, the owner dropped me home and then picked me up. They gave me a competitive price on their work. Everyone was friendly.

took my vehicles there for years, and they were primary for my vehicle choice of maintenance. they over lighted the drain plug and lied about it. Now they won't correct the issue they created.

Everyone here is super nice but anything mechanical is so over priced. Repair Smith sold me a battery that began to leak battery acid all over my transmission and other operating systems in my hood. I left a review under them if you'd like to understand more in depth. I have a 2008 Ford Taurus and the diagnosis, replacement, cleaning of cables, battery tray, and the spill, cost $289.80. The battery itself costed $140.68, totaling $430.48. It feels like I'm just setting my money on fire. They don't offer discounts unless you're apart of AAA. They told me they were going to show me pictures but didn't do that. They also informed me that my transmission fluid is saturated in fluid but that could just be from the battery leaking. It makes me nervous that they're trying to sell me on more things instead of just helping. I'm going to look at it later today and take it back to Valvoline later this week since they're the last ones that worked on it. Dropping it down to two stars due to the fact that my car still kept lurching forward as I was driving it off the lot, in fact, it was doing it a lot more frequently so worse than what I brought it in. Not even a week later, my car is experiencing the same issues I brought it in for so I just wasted $430.48 on nothing and I don't have another $289.90 for them to tell me what's "wrong" with it again. Lastly, they didn't tell me the total cost had close to another dollar (0.43 cents) on it. I was quoted $430 flat several times.

The customer service is AMAZING! My windows were having issues rolling up and down. I called around town to get quotes and opinions and Cooper’s receptionist Sara stood out, super transparent and helpful. I believe my mechanic was Richard who was also a delight. Now my windows all roll up and down, thank goodness! I will be back for my future car needs. Thank you Cooper’s!

The young lady who worked there was super nice. But the owner was a jerk and upseller in pretty much every interaction I saw him in or was involved in myself. Atomic Auto is just around the corner. I should have never stopped going there just because Cooper's was a little cheaper.
