This auto body company is full of frauds. Sam, he didn’t do the work he charged me for. Thousands of dollars I was charged for and A $50 piece is all that was needed. Do not go to this shop. He will rip you off

This individual told me to come in an hour to get my AC worked on and never showed up. Left me waiting in the scorching sun for over an hour just to never come or pick up the phone. Never called me back or picked up after I waited. Do not go here if you want a professional to work on your car.

The worst body shop in my life. I took my car there to fix the break. I spent 2 days there to only change the front breaks, after i got my car and few hours driving it it started making noise. Again i took ot there told him we already changed the router and pads why is making noise? He said that he needs to order a better breaks and i already paid $350. I ended up paying another $75 to get better pads. So i took my car there again and had to leave it for 2 days again. I pick up my car after 2 days and starting driving again. He guaranteed that the breaks won't have any problem and any time it gives you a problem bring them back i will fix them for you. After a few days i call him back and tell him the breaks are still the same they make noises when i hit the break, he goes like well we changed them 2 times i will order another brand and as soon as i get them here i will call you. Took him 3 weeks to call me. Long story short i put the car there for a day again he changed the breaks and calls me at 8 at night the car is ready. I went and pick up the car started driving for a few days again it started making noise. I called again, texted him again, no answer. I went to the shop couldn't find him some one was there he said that he will be back in 2 hours. I went again and he was not there again. I spent so much money and time for only a simple break job. Because of the bad noise my car is making i took it to another body shop after a few months trying to find this guy. They looked at the breaks guess what they found? Here is the pictures. The bad thing is he was my friend and i knew him for tooo many yearrssss and he did this to me. Never ever i trust him and refer any customer to this guy. Now i have to pay another 800 to change the metal part because of his mistake.

Would recommend this guy to anyone who needs body work or has mechanical issues, I sent my BMW to him after 2 certified BMW mechanics couldn't even get it started. Thanks Sam you got a customer for life!

Sam is great, very knowledgeable, and can pretty much do anything. Mechanical, body work and paint, you name it. I’ve had him do several projects for me, and have always been very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him!

Sam at Cool Auto fixed and painted the front bumper and side fender of my Acura MDX and made it look like the accident never even happened. Besides the paint and body work he also pointed out a few crucial mechanical issues that needed attention, including break pads needed replacement and the rotors needed to be re-surfaced. He also pointed out that the engine mounts may need work, but then later confirmed that they are still good and he would take a look at them again next visit to see if they would need to be changed at that time. I recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for a skilled, honest professional to get the job done right!
