I went to certified mechanic to have water pump on 2013 Ford edge replaced. He quoted 1500 dollars. Ford quoted 3700 dollar. Why so much difference in price ?

Been using this shop for the past 10 years and have never had anything other than a positive experience. They are open and honest about repair and service needs; and costs are competitive and fair. While some like to complain about "Stealerships", this is not one of those places.

Great experience with the Express Service department recently. Took our 2020 Ford Transit for a brake and rotor job as Jiffy Lube said we were in the "red zone" but I was doubtful and not about to have them work on the brakes. We found the local Ford dealer and opted to have them take a look and perform the work. The team at Conway Ford warned us that the process and parts were a little pricey but we felt we needed to get it done. We agreed and put in the work order but as we were pulling out of the service lot - Eric Seitz from the team called and said we were at more than 80% life on the pads and the rotors were fine. It was refreshing to see the focus on customer service versus an unnecessary brake and rotor job. We had our tires rotated and they also checked our fluids and topped them off. Highly recommend the team here if you're in the Conway area - we will be back as needed.

Had my oil changed on my 2019 Ford Ranger always have good service over there whether it's mechanic work or have my oil change the person I dealt with at the counter his name is is Eric Stitz s t i z i or something like that I known him he was also a Salesman and I bought a 2020 Ford Edge off of them good good business doing business with him he's excellent to deal with he took good care of me with my oil change today thank you Eric

These folks are top notch while being like your next door neighbor! I called to see about the parts we were waiting on for the back climate control and Wendy called me back within 24 hours to say they are here! Arranged to help me get the car to and from the dealership. Not only that, she helped me with something else I mentioned and had the part the next day again and arranged for the vehicle to be brought back to the dealership and then home to me. (I work from home and don't really have a way to get the car there except after hours and in asking favors) The service valet driver was awesome and when I couldn't meet him he would take the car and bring it back and leave the keys where agreed so there was no disruption to my workday. I knew a hometown dealership was where I wanted to purchase and I am glad I have the ability to continue returning my car there for service. All of my experiences with Conway Ford have been very positive. If you ever get the chance to work with these great people, you won't be disappointed. You'll be in good hands with Wendy and her teammates! Thank you Wendy and Conway Ford!

11/23/22 Oil change for today. Business was steady but I didn't have to wait long today at all. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helpful! 5/22Got oil change and new brake pads today. The service was good and staff was friendly. Got a courtesy ride to moms while I waited and they picked me up as well to go back to get my car. That's a great service to have.

I recently had my car serviced and since it was my first service it was free. I did have an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very nice people. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

Went in with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation they were very pleasant and I think I was out in about an hour. Prices are comparable to jiffy lube, rather go to a local dealer any time.
