I live at an apartment complex. On 09/14 someone was leaving the apartment complex and hit my car and run. I was able to get my car into Conway Collision on Tuesday. They quickly ordered parts and got started. It took roughly a month to get my car back, because the parts from Tesla took so long. I am so excited to have my car back. Amber from Conway Collision gave me great customer service and yall should give her a raise.

My family have used other garages in the area. None of which can compare to the Conway ford collusion center! My f250 was involved in an accident and needed repaired. Not only did they go above and beyond repairing the truck back to it’s original state, but the communication was spot on! And when I went to pick it up it was as shinny as a new truck! I was amazed that they detailed not only the outside, but the inside as well! They went above and beyond in their amazing quality of work!! Forever grateful for the amazing work and professionalism!! Hands down the best garage out there! Thank you again for all you have done!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Their service manager the little northern guy is horrible. No follow up and over all the worst person to deal with. Got the car back after 7 months. Missing parts and even better one of the mechanics/paint guys broke an a/c component and just zip tied it. Receptionist was absolutely useless as well. This is the only bad review I have ever written and this place well deserves it.

2 stars because the vehicle was properly fixed when I finally got it back. Removing stars due to lack of communication, poor people skills, uncompleted work, and unrealistic timelines. What was supposed to be a 5-day repair turned into an 18-day process. Where the body shop did not update the insurance company, the rental company, or myself. I came here for Tesla work, and could see the position of my vehicle. The entire time it was there. The car did not move regularly within the first week. Was told that parts did not come in in time, extended another week. At that point. Friday rolls around with no communication from the body shop, and I get a text message that it's now going to be Wednesday for completion. This actually came with an excuse, the parts received were incorrect. Wednesday rolls around and I can see in the app that the vehicle is parked outside of their secure lot, in one of the diagonal spaces outside. I live an hour from this location so I called, and was told the vehicle would not be ready until the following morning. It did not move from the previous night till the following morning when they told me to pick up, and they did not update the insurance company nor the rental car company that they had extended my pickup date by a day. This caused the rental car company to charge me personally for the additional day. The paperwork was never updated as well and I received my keys the following morning. Upon walking to my car, without anyone from The body Shop accompanying me, I noticed that the job was not complete. They were apologetic at that point and promised that they would have the vehicle done the following day. I had to call the insurance company to let them know that I needed another rental car and had to wait to get another vehicle and then drive an hour home. The following morning I picked up my vehicle, and returned my rental car to the body shop. Enterprise then called me the following Tuesday after the holiday asking if I was going to return my rental car, because they could not even communicate with Enterprise that I had dropped the vehicle off like they told me they would. This is a very long review, but I had a terrible experience with this body shop. Very very unprofessional and I would not recommend you waste your time. In speaking with the Enterprise employees who regularly work with this body shop, the stories that I told them are normal.

Exceptional five star work! I have had a few car accidents, and Conway Ford brought my car back to its original look! Flawless, professional, and fast! Highly recommend!

I recently got hit on the passenger rear side door and took my car to conway ford collision. The whole process was great and Curtis kept me updated along the way. The staff is very nice and helpful. My car looks literally brand new! It wasn't a ton of damage but it was enough. Hopefully I don't get hit again but if I do I will go back to Conway Ford Collision.

Just not happy . I ask 2 times for a estimate on repairs for my truck while it was being painted. Never got one. Just not good business.

These guy are so friendly and they do an amazing job. This is my second time doing business with them and I will continue to do business with them in the future. My car needed body work both the times I used them and when I got my car back it looked new.

This is the second time we have had our vehicle repaired at Conway Ford body shop. The first time they did an amazing job painting a pearl white which I am told is very hard to match. This time they fixed the hail damage and I could not tell that anything had ever happened to my car. I would highly recommend anybody in the area that needs any paint or bodywork done to bring the car to Conway Ford had some clear coat flaking off the driver side door. So I decided to have it fixed. They had one of the hardest colors to match the Cadillac pearl white and boy did they do an amazing job. Danny was great to work with and very honest about what he could run into since there was other work done to it. I will always refer these guys to everyone.

This was my second time having them repair my car. This time it was more damage. I am a very picky and hard to please when it comes to my car and they didn't stop until I was completely happy they worked really hard to make sure it was done right just like last time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Everyone was very friendly just a great group of people.

I had had an accident involving my hood, side and front fenders and front grill of. 2018 hyn Elantra. They did an excellent job matching the paint and repairing various parts. We would definitely use them again if something unexpected was to happen again

Conway ford Collision painted the wheels on my vehicle. There isn't enough to say about this place. The management is so caring and so are the techs. Best in the area, if you have any questions about taking your car here for repairs, just stop asking and do it. These guys will take care of you start to finish and after. It's a family there!

Highly recommend you don’t go through this place, they have had my car for almost 3 weeks & they have said it would be done a bunch of different times, I missed a whole week of work bc they have poor communication.

We had an incident with our window being completely shattered while driving. It was a bit traumatizing. Dan, the manager, took us in right before closing and vacuumed the car and sealed the window with great care and effort. We were back on the road in under the hour. We were very impressed with the whole process from the handling of our rental car to picking up our vehicle and seeing the new finish. They took our accident and made us new again as well as informing us as the process went along. I would certainly recommend this group of professionals.

Felicia was so incredibly kind from start to finish. She even went to battle with me trying to get my son's car seat reinstalled after my car was fixed. As far as my car... they did an amazing job. These people truly go above and beyond!

My 2007 Mustang GT Convertible was in a collision, I was heartbroken. Dan and Rob who run the body shop at Conway Ford took it in. They went to great lengths to make sure it was restored to better than factory new! What an amazing job they did, it looks better than ever. The staff truly went above and beyond, the paint is flawless. Special mention to Zack in parts for searching for NOS parts to bring my car back to me as pristine as it was before the collision. I recommend this body shop above all others in the area, they are great!

Went to get a programmed key made and get the door code. They said it would be around 290.00. I said no thanks. I used the keys that was most used and came up with the combination. Just to find out it was on the door hinge in the trunk. I went to Graham lock smith in Loris. He cut the key and programmed it for 50.00. Also if you have a.F150 the code is behind the drivers door panel. You can program the keys yourself, If you have 2 working keys. Have it cut. Use the working keys Switch on and back off( 45 seconds) with them Use the new key, switch it on leaven Leave switched on for 10minutes and 30seconds. It should be programmed. Good luck

I would use them for any body work that you may need! From my first contact all the way to pickup they were very professional and caring. I am very picky with my car and the work that is done to it, and they understood that as a car is a big investment. They fought State Farm to ensure that the work was done correctly using new parts over repair, even though they made less money doing so! They were transparent about the whole repair process letting me know what was going on and when it was, and were happy to work with me throughout a complex liability claim. When I went to pick up the car, the car was cleaned and shining in the sun! I did an inspection of all work done to the car and it looked like the accident never even happened. I was hesitant with my car being an Audi and having a special paint flake, but the people at Conway Ford matched the paint PERFECTLY and I was very much impressed. Big thank you to Dan and Felicia for putting up with all my phone calls to check on the car and to keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process!
