Spent over 1k to fix the noise in my car caused by wheel bearing, I was told it was fixed but I was still hearing noise. Went back and was told to change my tires first. There's no way the tire is the cause of such noise. Had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. PS: I still drive it with the bad threaded tires pending when I'm able to change it and there's NO noise. So it's not the tires! I paid for it to be fixed, not just only for diagnosis!! The other place I took it to didn't even mention anything about my tires causing the noise.

I have shared several reports in the last two years about the great service I have received from Convoy Auto Repair keeping my 2005 Honda Accord 6 speed stick shift running great. They did it again this week, finishing important maintenance work they recommended several months ago. (I finally got around to taking my car in yesterday at noon, and the work was completed by the end of the today. Way to go Convoy!)

STAY AWAY! RIP-OFF ARTISTS - This is the nightmare you always worry about when looking for a good mechanic. I had my car towed in and diagnosed, which they charged $160 for. They found that the fuel pump and module had gone bad. I love my car and give it the best service and parts. I liked Convoy's professional demeanor on the phone, and I was in a jam with time, so I went forward. OMG, I will never trust a mechanic without vetting them again. They charged me $928 for a part I cannot find costing over $300. I have heard about upcharging for parts, but over 300% markup? IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND A SCAM. Their labor rates are higher than dealership rates. My bill made me want to vomit. I feel completely ripped off. I called them, and all they can say is that they have a warranty. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was disappointed when I picked up my car & found the gas gauge dangerously empty. I’m 80 years old & running out of gas could be catastrophic. Also the counter guy said they filled my window washer jug. And it was bone dry when I tried to use the next day.

I was seen immediately by a service rep. He was very helpful, courteous with Avery pleasant personality. He look at the problem in my car, told me I had the the air heat settings in the wrong place. Pu them right. No charge and I was off and running. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair!

Quick service and turnaround - communicative as well and transparent Will see in the long term if they fixed the problem (stinky AC) but I do appreciate them being able to see me same day and address the issue just as quickly. Shops nowadays are always keeping cars overnight for some reason and never communicate why, but convoy auto repair was very communicative. I didn’t have to call once to find out what was going on or what the wait was all about. Price is what I expected it to be - which means it could’ve been more expensive than other places, but since it was within the range I told myself I was willing to pay I didn’t do any work to shop around so I consider it a convenience fee if I did over pay. Also nice guys at the shop.

This is the 1st year Stanta has used Convoy Automative! The reason is due to Rudolf’s failure to have an extended warranty and he is getting a little older. My KIA Soul is a great piece of equipment but local dealerships suck on warranty/service. Santa found Convoy in 2009 and has been totally satisfied with David’s crew every since🙏

Took it in for maintenance/service as my daughter is taking it to Colorado for school. One mention to Convoy Auto regarding a noise led them to diagnose (tire balance/alignment) that the vehicles rear axle was bent in a previous (non disclosed) accident. I think most repair facilities might have just charged me for the alignment and never found the root cause. Thank you!

Took my 2009 Civic in for AC repair. My inspection results were ready within a few hours and the repairs were done in less than a day. The inspection reports were sent online, so I was able to review before the mechanic called me to discuss the findings. Overall, a great experience and I'd recommend them!
