After going to several shops, I decided to go with Rob based on the Yelp reviews and talking with him. He was very accommodating with scheduling, etc. However when it comes to quality of work, I had to have the insurance adjuster go to his shop due to incomplete work. He was paid north of $9K from the insurance company to repaint scrapes, scratches and adhesive vandalism. Instead of painting it, he tried to polish and buff out most of it, the finished quality looks terrible, scrapes and adhesive are still visible in the paint. I approached him about this, but his reply was the color is jet black and it's really difficult to "get in right" he spot painted some areas, in these areas the paint is beginning to peel off, when I contacted him regarding this, he simply denied working on the bumper. In my experience, it seems like he definitely did the minimum to get paid and maybe even be committing insurance fraud for not doing what he is being paid for. I'd be careful bringing your car here.

Rob has taken such good care of my 2015 Prius on multiple instances now. He took me in promptly after a phone call (referred by a friend) and did a great job on the damage repairs of my car after a fender bender. He's very professional and sincerely cares about the work that he delivers. He called frequently to give me updates and was responsive to calls/questions whenever I had them. He helped me out of a jam with the shady tow guy who was trying to hustle me, too! If you've ever been towed you know what I mean. In life it takes time but when you find your "go to" for something ie. go to hair person or tax person or dentist etc you learn to really cling onto the quality ones and he's on that short list. Today I called with a question about my headlight and he fit me in immediately to help me out. Dependable, skilled, honest and knowledgeable! Wish I knew more people to refer to him.

I brought my car in for a bumper replacement after it was hit while parked on the street. The job only took two days and I was charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommend coming here vs. getting ripped off at the dealer.

I love being able to use local services, and my recent transaction with Consumers Auto Body Inc was great. After mashing my bumper, I came to Consumers Auto Body Inc and got an estimate, which they promptly emailed me. I brought my car in on the scheduled day, they had the parts, I picked it up that same day, and it looks really nice. Perfect!

Consumers is a fantastic shop. Rob and Joe always do a stellar job, using top quality parts and paint. They've worked on three vehicles of mine - all turned out great. These guys are seasoned veterans and perform work on a wide range of different vehicles. From Tesla and Mercedes - to American collector models. Don't hesitate - they're solid.

I only got a rubber strip that was hanging down from my car fixed. They said they could just remove it, and it only took 5m. They did it for free! Seemed like nice competent guys.
