Was told they could do my basic 1 tire swap before my next obligation (2.5 hours away) and still had to cancel. After 1.5 hrs I asked to see where we were at and was told it may of not been pulled in yet or could be on a test drive as of any customer wanted to ever hear either of those things. Transparency seems to be a bigger issue here as I read other reviews. Work was done eventually and price was fair but would have rather rescheduled instead of lied to. At no point was the timeframe addressed or fairly brought to my attention. Was told every 15 minutes after I canceled that it would be ready any minute. This happened for an hour.

DO NOT GET TIRES FROM CONRAD'S THEIR INSTALLATION IS UNSAFE AND NEGLIGENT. I purchased 4 new tires from Conrad's and had one tire blow out on the highway 2 days after installation. The tire was torn to shreds. That tire was replaced under warranty and I paid a fee for installation. Three Days later that tire went flat with a leak. I brought it in and was told that a mistake was made with the first two installations which were not done according to their protocol as one of the technicians noticed when they were inspecting my car. I was assured that the issue was resolved and a third new tire was replaced. Now, just over a week later I have TWO additional leaking tires. The technicians have apologetic and reasonable, which is why I did not leave a negative review sooner. But their customer service does not make up for the serious concerns I have for my safety and others should be aware. I understand that cold temperatures can cause thermodynamic changes that effect tire pressure, however, the degree deflation I am experiencing in multiple newly installed tires when I have never previously had issues with tire pressure in my car is alarming. I will be filing a complaint with the Ohio board of motor vehicle repair.

I Was Told That It Would Take 1 Full Day For My Oil Change And Tire Rotation. And This Was After Scheduling An Appointment. The Conrads In Cleveland Heights Completed The Same Thing By Appointment Within 1 Hour #OnlyInTheHoodPlayTheWaitingGame

I go to Conrad to put air in my tires. I love that it is free. The one time the nozzle deflated my tire more. A service member came out to help and made sure that it worked

This is the worst place to go if you are a lady for anything for your car went to get 2 tires an didn't have them had to order made a new appointment which they never looked at my car. When I went back for my second appointment then they noticed I need a lug an a nut for one of my tires. Which being a senior older woman which I had enough for my tires but not the lug or nut. So I had to get one tire which I need ed lug an nut. Now tell me why in hell did it cost me 144.00 for labor an the part was 1.82 for but an lug 1.82 such a scammer place I will never ever be back I will make sure I tell everyone I know that this place is no good the front desk person needs to learn how to speak to senior s maybe take a class of how to talk to people not laugh in there face very wrong way to loose business 😨

Didn’t honor my appointment or the times. The tried to sell me a lot more items. This place is not looking out for you. And the checkout person is very rough. Should not be in customer service. The manager will slowly talk and scare you about your maintenance schedule. I’ll never go back. I’m pretty sure they treat all females this way. But probably males too.

I have been to this Conrad’s a few times now and have only had great experiences. The staff is very helpful and professional. They answer every question I have and explain everything they have to do. Highly recommend!

Danny C did well by me. Needed a set of 4 new tires in a pinch because of crazy wear on my old set. He got me into a good mid level tire with strong ratings. Wasn’t trying to pedal me into the most expensive option. They were honest and reliable.

"I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their service is terrible, and the manager, Mike, is very argumentative. Please don't waste your money at this location. Go to a different Conrad's or a shop that you can trust. I am never coming back to the Downtown Cleveland location. Here's the story: the mechanics broke my door handle, then they tried to sell me tires after breaking my stuff. They didn't even apologize. Also, Mike told me that three of the rims were bent, and the bill was going to be $900 for everything. By the way, they fixed the broken handle with a cheap part. The next day, I took it to a different Conrad's, and they said there was nothing wrong with the rims. My bill was $450 out the door with new tires. Later on, I replaced the door handle with a more heavy-duty one.All I have to say is more to story Always get a second opinion before you pay because there are dishonest people like Mike lying to customers and trying to sell unnecessary services."

Have been coming here for years & these guys are the best. Realized I had a nail in my tire the other day & took it there immediately. Not only did they have it fixed within a few hours, they didn’t even charge me, as the nail went in sideways. Although a small fix, I really appreciate these guys always being honest & accommodating.

I’ll keep this short. I brought my truck in with a tire issue. Was told the tire would have to be replaced but they didn’t have a direct replacement. I selected a tire that would get me back to NJ. After waiting almost 5 hours they finally got the tire. I didn’t find out until today that the wrong tire was on the invoice and my road hazard warranty will not cover the replacement tire. I also found out that I will have to replace the tire do to the drive train on the truck. Thank for putting a band aid on my medium size problem.

The staff is so nice and explain everything clearly so you understand. The mechanic I had for my car (Mike) left a full detailed video explaining everything that's wrong and what he recommended. This is a place I highly recommend for your car needs

Been a customer since 2018. Just have to share my appreciation for Bruce, Mike, and the entire team. My car has been in and out of there a lot the last two weeks, and they know me by name now! Top notch service. Never did a day go by that they didn’t call to update me, they even worked with my insurance to help get some of the repairs covered.

I drove in after a flat at 7 am and was served immediately. They had tires in stock for a good price. They called to tell me my brakes needed replaced (which I pretty much already knew) and fit the service in the same day. They shuttled me to work while my car was fixed. Importantly they didn't try to force me to buy anything the whole time. I have no complaints

The mechanic purposely did not connect the air mass flow sensor causing my motor to run rough and shake. They were trying to sabotage my car in order for me to return to the garage for more service. I hate when auto body shops try to take advantage of women especially Black women.

Conrads, you're normally great but today wasn't good. Drop my car off at 9 am with expected pick up time of 5 pm. Car wasn't done til 6 pm. Had to go to work and then was late. While my car was sitting out in the parking lot all day, someone broke into my car. No bueno. Conrads, I love you but today was the worst. I'll be going to Lakewood or Westlake from now on. At least Mike the manager was apologetic and Dave was great. So 5 stars for staff, 1 for overall experience.

My tire sensor broke as I was filling my tire with air. I went into Conrad's and spoke to Omar and Danny, manning the office. They let me know up front how long it was going to take. While I was sitting their I heard them on the phone as well as the customers that were walking in. These two men have exceptional customer service. They really are a great asset to your company.

The shop is incredibly convenient if you work or live Downtown. I drop my car off for an oil change in the morning, have a quick chat with the service folks, and pick it up after work. They are incredibly honest and thorough! Of particular note, I was there today and one of the service members was particularly kind to the person in front of me who didn't speak English as his first language. It would've been really easy to get frustrated, but instead he was patient, kind, and explained things thoroughly. You don't see that often these days...it really made my day.

This is my first time here and received excellent service for patching a tire leak. It was easy to make an online appointment via website. Dropped car off for a few hours and received an email with a video explaining the results (a nail) and showed patchwork while they finished. Definitely exceeded my expectations. No delays in pickup (also got a call when it was ready). Would highly recommend.
