In my case liquitube, what they offer to put in the front tires of the truck in case your tire deflates, had no effect, but they charge you It is a lie that they will give you a new tire in case the liquitube doesn't work and the tire deflates, they gave me a used tire that had already been patched once. Disrespecting the customer when the store manager tells you that the tire does not release air, and you have marked the place on the tire where it is punctured, and he does not even want to look, and one of the workers tells you, "You have no right to say anything here." All I had to do was leave the store with the truck, hit the highway, and have that same tire explode at 60 miles per hour. In any case, one rude behavior of the workers, the irresponsibility of the store manager do not deserve that I would ever return to their store as a customer, because the money I earn as a truck driver, I value and respect more than they value their customers.

Have been dealing with the main guy there, AJ, for over a decade, and there's no one else I trust more when it comes to tires. Price is always fair, work done quickly, and they help keep me rolling safely. Highly recommend this shop.

MIKE! He's a Service Manager here who took great care of us. We came in to get 2 Steers and a 3 wheel alignment. He visually showed us we needed to replace the bushings. We agreed to all this. We showed him a nail in a drive tire he removed it free It was short, it didn't puncture anything and we didn't need to patch or replace that tire. Great customer service. Later after we're on the road in Iowa on a load we had a follow up issue with the work. I drove the truck to Volvo in Sioux City. Volvo suggested the issue was related to recent work done. I called Mike and he verified the situation with Volvo in IA and told them he would pay for it. He apologized and assured me this was not normal but he wanted to ensure my truck was repaired ASAP and I could get back to work. Volvo charged him thousands I'm sure as I only use the dealer for mechanical maintenance and they aren't cheap. The great part of this story is Mike was ready with a solution. He couldn't see the truck or evaluate the issue himself he trusted me, and Volvo and did the right thing. He could have just as easily refused and said no, or he could have offered a future discount back at Conlan for services later, but he took care of it on the spot! Thanks Mike

Don't come to this place.. you come here for a nail in the tire they rudely shake you down.. finding and lying about other tires that need to fixed.. I recommended to my company don't send nomore drivers here

Manager AJ does an excellent job and his workers from tire maintenance to brakes etc. . do a great job. No dragging around. Usually in and out fast. Price compatible or lower than competitors. Been doing business with AJ for years

My Boss has an account, they get us in and out, they are decent, and they put the tires on tight, which is good for big trucks,go there for large truck tires, dump trucks,semi trucks,etc but watch out they like to sell new,I had a flat repair and they acted like they couldn't find it because I wasn't sure between two tires, and blamed it on me,a bottle of sudsy water and I could of found it, but I couldn't because driver has to wait outside or in driver's lounge

Salesman there will lie to you about Tire price started out two Steer tires was $410 a piece I got done it was $524 a piece and the total bill come to $1,400 will never go back
