I had a great experience at complete service care. First time there and was treated with professionalism and respect. I was not certain of what my problem would consist of but they looked into, gave recommendation and helped me out. I am very grateful.

Bottom line up front, great service, great people, and great business/pricing. I can't recommend enough. Almost a month ago, my car's clutch gave out- from the go I was sure just based off the tow driver's account that I'd be taken care of here. I had been trying to go drive out to see my Dad on his birthday for the first time since I joined the Army five years ago- at this point I was sure I was going to miss it, since I was driving from El Paso direct to Houston. They managed not only to repair my vehicle in time, but even stayed late to make it happen. I had been expecting a reasonably large sum for charges, but when they presented the fee I felt like I was robbing them. The business owner insisted, and I managed to make it in time for my family. In a second instance with this business, I had recently failed a state inspection of my vehicle for a driver's license test, as my license plate wasn't fixed to the front of my car, and my trunk was not locking properly. I called them, they gave me a time to come in. In less than 20 minutes, the business owner himself fixed my trunk and plates, and I was on my way.

This is a great shop with reasonable prices and they do good work. The staff is super nice and really listen to you. Down to earth and very helpful. Would 100% recommend.

The best in engine work greatest in town if I do say so myself I brought my Chrysler '08 300 V6 and they repaired it good as new.

We were new to El Paso and my daughter needed work done on her 2013 Hyundai.. We met with Norman, he was extremely transparent on the repairs needed.. .. We found this amazing shop from another’s word. highly recommend .. prices and service was beyond our expectations. .. We know who to go to when we have mechanic issues.. If I could give no stars, I would. The guy that was helping me, was a short skinny, young looking boy. He kind of had a sleepy eye and is dark complexed. His attitude was snobby and rude. I took my car for a vehicle inspection and was told that the tint to my car was too dark and they’d have to fail it, unless I pay extra under the rug. He said he didn’t care and if I pay extra ONLY in cash or through cashapp he’d pass my inspection. Instead of $18.50 for the price of the inspection, he said it’d be $60. I thought it was ridiculous and denied the service. Shortly after I took my car to another place down the street and they charged me regular price and said my tint was perfectly fine.

Angel supuetamente me iba a cambiar una transmisión, tuvo mi van por 15 dias ,me cobro 450 dlls no cambio nada, me robo la caja de vacunas de la transmisión y me la entregaron peor de cómo la lleve.

If i have the opportunity to give one star i will do it. The ask me to bring my car in a 3pm that it will be 2 hours job. I was the at 3 the pulled my car to the bay at 3:45pm after confrontation with the receptionist. While me seating in the office thinking the working on my car , i was surprised they just move the car out of my sight. I come outside at 4:30 they didn’t even start the work and at 4:45p that when the mechanic pulling out his tool to start the job . Basically i have been seating the for more than hour and half for nothing and on top of that the receptionist keep lying to me instead of telling me straight that they can’t do it . The service is really really poor don’t go over there if you have things to do , they will just waste your time.

One of the few honest places on Dyer Street to get your vehicle inspection. This is my 3d time there with a different vehicle and no problems. I recommend this shop for inspection as others on Dyer Street I have horror stories as to what they did.

This outfit grabbed my call on a Saturday afternoon as I was down with a busted CV axle. We linked up on a tow and a survey that afternoon. Saturday mind you. Parts were special order we communicated well, calls were answered, they listened well. Repair was completed on schedule at a fair price. A very positive experience!

Took 3 cars here and Norman has helped us every time he is super knowledgeable and always gives a very reasonable prices. He is always working and works late too. He is going to be my go to mechanic for all my car needs.
