Diamond off of golden state!! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had an appointment at 930 and by 1030 I had my diagnosis. So yes, very timely. Who does that these days!! Jaime treated me like family by making sure I was doing okay and comfortable during my visit. Kyle and Sam thoroughly inspected my vehicle and assured me of its status whereas the two other shops that I went to gave me conflicting information. I felt confident in their inspection results. I will definitely be back for my future vehicle needs. Don’t hesitate on this shop just because it’s not a “big named” shop!!

Best quality service. Honest and reliable. Very excellent service too. They fix all makes and models & years. Customer service is over and above. I was quoted a price that it may run me, about $674.93 or more if needed for additional fixing. Warren and his expert mechanics retested everything that needed to be retested after fixing it. So the bill dropped down to $645.15. Now that tells you how honest and awesome Warren and his staff are! I recommend Complete Car Care. You will be pleased as we were. Steven and Mindy Thomason

The people who work here are super nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and will give you plenty of information. They had my car repairs done in 1 day and made sure I understood everything before I left. I would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The team was incredibly transparent and thorough in explaining what was wrong with my car and how they planned to fix it. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in their work. I felt genuinely comfortable throughout the entire process, and now my car runs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Beyond professional from the front counter to the technicians. Extremely honest and very polite. I took my 17 Hyundai Veloster in for a catalytic converter issue and they repaired it quickly and called about the cost without any surprise fees. Will absolutely recommend going here for your vehicle issues and will definitely come back any time I have something else wrong. Thank you!!!

I truly appreciated how the owner of the shop (Warren)took the time to go over some things regarding my car. He was incredibly nice, and knowledgeable. Jamie at the front desk was just as nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. There was another gentleman, but I didn't catch his name. Rather than take my car to a chain shop, I decided to take it to a family owned one. Thank you for getting my car back on the road.

A random google search took to the right place , I got my car’s smog test with pick up service from home, and heavy discount offer which made my day. warm customer service. Good to know where everyone is Bussiness mineded someone is supporting customers to grow, highly recommended for women who need right auto service. I bet you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mr warren my wish my son to be like you a successful businessman and a great human being. Keep serving people year after year and must say that you have best people to work under you, I forgot to ask their names but they are doing perfectly superb!

Came in for an oil change, 30k maintenance/inspection and asked them to check my brakes as well. Jaime and Ray at the front desk were super nice and helpful while I waited for my car to be inspected. Sam did a fantastic job of inspecting my car and changing my oil. He made sure to take pictures of all the inspections done so that I could see the current condition of my car. Warren (the owner) also came to speak to me. He informed me regarding the pictures of the inspection and advised me to keep them on file in case I needed them in the future. I had found this auto shop via a google search. I personally go to places that have overwhelmingly positive reviews versus widely known retail auto shops. I’m happy with the services provided and would recommend their shop. I’d definitely return for further maintenance. Thank you!

Complete Car Care did a fantastic job on my car! Warren, Ray, and Jamie were very nice, very communicative throughout the whole process, and explained the prices at each step. I would definitely bring my car back if it needs more work and will be recommending to friends and family!

I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here if you need an experienced technician.Warren is honest, respectful, and keeps me updated on critical repairs. I completely trust his team to keep my vehicle up & running. Whenever I need a repair I always turn to complete car care ✅ Do not waste your time at another repair shop. They did not repair my truck because they were book for 1 and 1/2 month. The reason I wanted to give them a good review the customer service over the phone were excellent! If everyone answered and talked over the phone like him or your business they would probably get more business. Keep it up!

Warren from Complete Car Care is hands down the the most experienced mechanic I have EVER HIRED, I have been having issues w/my vehicle for over a year now,5 different mechanics from different places have “so called” diagnosed it,were paid to fix it & I continued to have issues w/it….I finally called Complete Auto Care,spoke w/Warren who knew exactly what was happening just by me describing the issues,after having it towed to the shop & receiving a complementary ride home it was less than 24 hours before I received a phone call & email explaining EXACTLY what the problem was in a way that actually made sense. I would 💯 recommend them to ANYONE needing vehicle repairs!!!

Had an emergency with car and they took me in right away, blessed I was! Front desk Jamie was very friendly and professional plus kind! Kyle, Inspected my thoroughly and took car of the problem to made sure it was safe to drive back home to Big Bear. Warren, the owner is an amazing man with a great staff of employees. I took my 1981 Toyota pickup to Complete Car Care because my pickups failed smog. I went to multiple shops trying to get it worked on but due to its age no one would touch it. I came to Complete Car Care and they worked wonders on it. They got it fixed they got it running perfectly it passed smog with no problem and we'll go on to serve me for many more years. I wish I could have given more than a five stars to them I would give him 20 Stars possible they did a great job. Given the age of my car they got her done very quick and I'm very impressed and I will be back

Our 2020 Camry TRD died & when it wasn’t the battery we did I know what it could be. Took it to complete car care for the 1st time. The staff was so nice and reassuring they would find out what’s going on with our car. Took them 30 minutes to diagnose the car and provide and estimate. Warren and his staff are so kind and got everything taken care of. If we have any vehicle issues in the future, it will go back to complete car care. Where we know our vehicle is in trusted hands of Warren & his staff.

The positive reviews are definitely true. The staff from the receptionist to the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my truck and the cost was reasonable. They definitely have my future business.
