I spoke with Doug, super nice and helpful. I had my college daughter drop off her Toyota Camry to get a battery replaced. They were professional and very reasonable in their costs. They replaced the battery and a corroded wire. It is nice to know they can be counted on to help my daughter, while I live up in Virginia.

I highly recommend Complete Car Care! I was in a bind and needed help installing a new battery. I called them and they squeezed me in. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and even filled up my tires as he noticed my light was on in the car. Great customer service and very professional!

Been going here for a few years. What really got me to continue to go is that they are honest. I had an oil leak and took my car to Firestone before starting here and was told I needed multiple things which was around $300-400 dollars. Something didn’t seem right so a coworker suggested I go here. It was a loose bolt that needed replacing. .10 cent fix. Me and my son both take our cars here. Highly recommend them

These guys are great. Im from out of state and my car had broke down on the interstate. I had called Complete Car Care and they stated they could look at it. Their communication was excellent, the prices were fair. They got me back on the road. Very Grateful, JJ

These guys are legit. I brought in my Jeep to have them fix an issue with the steering wheel, as well as have them look at some lighting issues (turn signal and headlight wiring issues) I haven't been able to get fixed anywhere else over the last few years. They were able to fix and rewire every single issue like brand new. Bill at the front desk was great at giving me the run down on everything they did. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but here.

Decided to try a new place for an oil change and had a great experience here! The folks at the desk were nice, straightforward, and didn’t try to tell me my car had lots of other things wrong with it. Overall, a great experience and I will be back!

My daughter recently came in for an oil change and a tire rotation and we were in shock to find that not only did they put the wrong oil into her car, but after the tire rotation, the alignment was off and their solution was for them to take it in and have her pay for them to fix it, I feel that she was taking advantage of as a customer.

We love CCC. These guys are real pros and are well-versed in domestic and foreign cars. We've been taking our GM cars and truck and our Volvo here for many years. Besides repairs, we buy all our tires from Complete. We stopped asking in advance what a repair will cost, since we know we will get a fair price. They will not perform or suggest any unnecessary repairs. The "up front" guys Bill, Patrick, and Doug are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent at customer service. We recommend Complete without reservation!

Extremely helpful, was looking for someone to adjust coil overs and no shop could do it. This place can’t either, but their employee was very helpful and pointed us towards someone who could and helped saves us another two hours of looking around. Very nice and trust worthy.

Treated me like family when I got taken advantage of by another mechanic doing a horrible job the day before. Doug took a look at it as soon as he could and they helped me out as much as they could. Offered a thorough look at it in a weeks time when they had an opening. Very happy to say my business will continue to come here.

Great mechanic shop with trustworthy and knowledgeable employees. The trouble is that they can’t keep up with demand. Whenever we need them, they are booked out for a week or more. They often don’t get to our car the day when we bring it in. The shop just needs to expand to a second location.

Hi...I just to give Complete Car Care a 5 star. I recently had work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initially met with Billy who booked me an appointment. He was supper nice, and gave me an appointment asap. Once they started working on my Jeep, I was kept abreast of their progress by Doug. Doug stayed in touch and explained everything as they moved forward and identified the problem(s). Shortly there after, the repairs were done. I think these guys are very professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Complete Car Care for you vehicle needs!!!

10/5 is all I can say about my experience I do most of my own repairs and maintenance but I would not hesitate to have the guys here at Complete Car Care handle anything I do not want to tackle. This visit was thankfully just an alignment. While their printer want working at the time they took photos to show me my exact specs for the alignment were handled perfectly. My car is semi-low being a 2003 Corvette on coilovers so it's not the easiest thing in the world to get on/off a rack. This shop does have some ramp extenders to easily get the car on/off without scraping the body. The front air dams scrape everything which is unavoidable. The owner even showed me a few of the more interesting cars in the shop at the time & chatted with me for a good bit before closing while my car warmed up. Having an awesome dependable locally owned shop is a blessing. While my friends highly recommended the shop, I understand why. I drove over from Irmo past many other shops and will do it again.

As a business owner, I never write reviews. The rare exception is when someone is honest. I will make the effort because it helps the consumer. I am the father of a USC student and out of State. My daughter's car broke down and they provided advice that was genuine and honest. I can assure you it was not what I wanted to hear, but it saved me a lot in the long run. They were super helpful on the next steps as well. I highly recommend this firm for your needs.

Bill, Doug and the whole crew do a great job researching and securing the best parts for the HIGHLY competent mechanics to install. There service all my family vehicles, each with high mileage. The most trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever experienced, you will not be disappointed.
