I came here for an alignment, I gave them 2 trys that same day. 1st time my steering wheel wal out of line and I brought my car back for them to fix. So they took again and still the same results. Is like the did nothing at all. It was a waste of money and 2 hours of my time. Never coming back

Updated review from 5 stars to now 1 star. These guys will quote you for problems that don’t exist, nor can they do a simple straight alignment on a car. If you go here I’d go for simple repairs like an oil change or something like that 😂 they lose your car parts, lose screws that go on your car and don’t really fix anything. I SPECIFICALLY said I wanted the Advancetrak and the ABS light off on my car. Got quoted for $900 to fix everything. My car is still shaking while driving, pulls to the right waaaaay worse than it did in the beginning and Tell me why BOTH the Service advancetrak and ABS lights are still On and the alignment is NOT STRAIGHT AT ALL and the the traction seems even worse than it was before bringing it to them. I definitely wouldn’t come here. And I advice nobody else to come here either.

This is the best mechanic shop in the DFW metroplex, anytime you go ask for Andy/Mo don’t ask for anyone else but him. He is literally my brother from another mother, I’ve been driving since I was 15 and every single car I’ve bought I only let him do any work needed anytime I’ve needed work because they do top quality work and are very friendly people. They do not charge an arm and leg like other shops, they’re far past trust worthy. You won’t find a better deal or better shop in Texas other than Complete Auto Repair & Sales. I highly recommend 100/10 to anyone needing any work from small to big. Always done within a timely manner and quality speaks for itself. If I can’t do it myself then this is where I come no matter what.

Have gone to this shop for multiple years they have always been friendly and they’re work has always been top notch wether it was my daily driver or my sports car, I’ve moved a little further away but this is the first shop I’ll come to before I go anywhere else awesome work!

I have had the pleasure to work with Chuy when he did my wife’s wheel alignment. The process is quick fast and simple. After he had did the alignment, he even showed me on the computer on which tire needed more alignment than the other but overall, it was a very well trusted process. After the business was done, he even offered me that the place even offers auto parts for your exact vehicle make model, and if I ever needed anything on my vehicle, even as much as a an emergency tire replacement, he was the man to get it. I will definitely go through this man again, and I definitely trust him with my vehicle when it comes to having an honest and trustworthy shop. Thank you guys very much and I look forward to my vehicles being repaired at this place From now on.

I had recently had my engine done here they went above and beyond to get me right. Definitely worth the wait good customer service and they towed to there shop for free replaced the starter for free and flushed the trans for free definitely my new mechanic shop

This place is Terrible and disrespectful! Vehicle when in for ac compressor running great and come out barly running! Had 2 complain twice over rev engine! So beware of this place!

I am the last client and they received me. I appreciate it because it was my first job that I did to change the entire suspension and it was super misaligned. The owner gave me a one-week guarantee of the alignment. I liked . I will take the woman's car later. /// buen trato fui un sábado y trabaje duro en cambiar toda la suspension. cuando acabe sentí la troca mal cuando la maneje y e inmediato fui a este lugar me resibieron bien y el dueño me dio una garantía de una semana de alineación y me sentí bien cuando me preguntó si era mecánico y le dije que no haha pero ya era tarde y estaba preocupado por que iva a cerrar pero muy profesionales la verdad me atendieron 👍🏽 🇲🇽🇲🇽

I got my rack and pinion done here summer of 2023. Came to this shop because I've worked for the family & trusted their shops. When they called back and said I needed tie rods as well, I assumed they were doing the right thing for my car. Now, come to find out, they put the wrong tie rods on my vehicle which were too long, and also left my sway bar unattached on the passenger side. I used this vehicle to get myself and my child to and from school, work, the grocery store, everyday life. To now find out i payed $900 to get my power steering working again but completely mess up my front end suspension and unknowingly be putting myself and my child's life at risk everytime I drove it... I used to recommend this shop to everyone for YEARS and now I'll be doing the exact opposite. If this is what they do to family friends, I don't want to think what they've done to regular customers cars. Thanks for robbing me and causing my car to need another $400 in parts and labor. Hope the money was worth it. Not even worth a lawsuit at this point. DONT TRUST THESE MECHANICS. DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

I just today picked up my lexus from complete auto it is misfiring on all cylinders except number 2 Andy is rude irresponsible nut who says he gave meal a $9000 job for $4000 he blames me as my car sit in their mud lot behind their shop my vehicle has been there st complete auto for a month bewary of andy

I’ve been a customer for 5 years I never go anywhere else but them!! I always bring more clients and they’re always communicating with me. Only one mechanic I know that I explored that never screwed me. I remember when I went for my Lexus and needed my total suspension done they had it done in one day and allowed me to bring my own parts. That same Lexus was taken somewhere else before I came to them and they claim the parts were new with my car sitting for a whole week. Anyways my newer car is a Toyota and they gets my car right every time!! From engine to suspensions to alignments. Thank you guys the best family brother ran business!! I was there for an alignment that more than likely was not needed but I just wanted to make sure everything was top notch. For 69 dollars I decided to go ahead and do it but the guy who did it didn’t aligned the fixtures right on each wheel therefore the alignment checked mis aligned and decided to make adjustments and ended up with my steering wheel way off and with a knocking sound so I came back and talked to the owner and said comeback tomorrow. I said thank but I don’t have time to come back tomorrow and I said I will give you a bad review and he said go ahead and give me ten bad reviews. So here it is a bad review. Went to a different business called WHEELS LIFT and MORE and fixed the problem they cause. For 69 dollars. The funny part was that the previous place diagnosed all kinds of problems that do not exist, according to this other shop. I been a mechanic for 20 years but of course I was not going to let them know that.
