I had a car that was out of commission, one auto place couldn’t tell me what was wrong but the guys here did! Even though the result of what was wrong with the car wasn’t what I had hoped, these guys went out of their way to assist me throughout the entire process of me looking for a new vehicle, holding my old car free of charge until then! John was as kind and respectful as can be and if you guys ever need something fixed or looked at, the guys here are who I recommend!

I believe Complete Auto Center Pro was not completely honest with me. They originally told me I needed a rear wheel bearing replaced and they gave me a high estimate to fix it. I had decided to check with another shop because they quoted me a much lower price and I wanted another opinion. Complete Auto Care Center Pro charged me a $40 estimate fee which is not stated anywhere. When I asked them for a detailed receipt on which rear wheel bearing was bad they just wrote in both rear wheel bearings were bad. They also said the original quote was to have both rear wheel bearings replaced even though I was told just One was needed at the time. Also, it says One on the slip of paper I received from them. After I inquired about it again, he said the price would of included both wheel bearings. I then thought that was more reasonable. But, he then refused to do the work if I wanted him to do it. He obviously was not really going to replace 2 wheel bearings. I took the car to another shop and they confirmed I only needed One wheel bearing and it is driving much better now. Honestly and integrity is important. I would not recommend Compete Auto Care Pro to anyone!

I need my ignition coil and spark plugs replaced. Louie and his mechanics had me all fixed and ready to go in no time. I had to wait for it to be finished and Louie had the cutest dog who kept me company. Honest men, did not try to upsell me or tell me more was wrong. I’ve been to several places in the area and this one exceeded my expectations by far. Thanks again!

Lou and his team are the best. Lou has been my family's mechanic for nearly 20 years. Honest, affordable and always delivers the repairs on time when he says they'll be complete. I never have had anything go wrong after my car has been serviced. Highly recommended.

Our family has used Complete Auto Center several times. The last was when I brought my 16 year old boys new vehicle in for an inspection prior to buying it. Louie checked out the car and he told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure it was safe and in great running shape for my son to drive. I purchased the car and brought it into the shop, within one day the car was safely on the road. They even sent me photos of the old parts versus the new parts . I have one happy son and I'm one happy mom. The staff is always professional and the prices are reasonable. We have always been happy with the great service by Louie and his staff at Complete Auto Center.🌞

Once again I took my Saab for some repairs here. And once again they were great!Larry the mechanic went above and beyond to make sure my car got fixed. Not only that, the part I bought for him to put on wasn't the problem and also saved me money by realizing that wasn't the problem. When I went to pick up my car, he also came out and showed me what he fixed and explained everything with ease so I could understand everything he was saying. John also was a very calming person who when called me a was courteous, understanding and attentive while answering all my questions. Very cool knowledgeable people and reasonably priced. Thanks again!

DO NOT GO THERE!! I did and was charged $420.00 for a temp sensor that lasted 6 miles! Went back the next day with the exact same issue. Told me I needed a thermostat and quoted me $540.00!! Told Louie no way!! Went to MoTec and had it done for $215.00. Update to Owners Response …….. My car has only 60,500 miles. It’s been well kept and maintained. It wasn’t days later. It was the same day after paying over $400.00.

I was on a time crunch, they were very nice and explained what is going on with my ac. They did a temp fix until I can go back. I feel work other mechanics they were taking advantage of me but didn't feel that way with Complete Auto. My engine light is on as well, wasn't able to get too much info on that but again that was because I was in somewhat of a rush. For now I will be going back to get my ac fixed and see what is going on and why my engine light is on. I will update once I get that completed.

This is a little delayed, but I received help for my Hyundai through this shop. The people are efficient, friendly and great service! Tires rotated, rotors and brake pads replaced at a reasonable price per what was found. Thank you all so much again for your service and assistance! I really appreciated it!!

I had an issue with my wife's Honda Odyssey and her air conditioning not working properly. Upon doing some research, I came across Louie and his team. From the beginning, Louie was very honest and straightforward with me. He lifted the vehicle and showed the leaks in the lines. He also warned there may be an issue with the rear evaporator. We agreed on a fair price, and parts arrived the next day. After working on the vehicle, Louie informed me that the evaporator didn't need changing, saving me several hundred dollars. The honesty and integrity shown by Louie and his team is something rarely seen nowadays. I will be taking all my vehicles for service to Louie from now on. Louie and team are professional, courteous, great to work with, and just overall good human beings. Thank you so much Louie and team!

I’m so glad that I found this shop! Louie is awesome! My car and my girlfriends car broke down at the same time and he was able to get us in right away. They were super quick and very reasonable on prices. Louie was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to us so well! We will not be taking our cars anywhere else from now on! This spot is a hidden gem in waterford for great service! The owner is such a great guy, and so helpful! The mechanics were able to diagnose my car and get it running back on the road in record time.👌 Thanks again guys!

Fair and honest shop. I keep my cars for a long time and it's nice to have a shop you can trust. At my most recent visit they could have easily done a more expensive repair, but they recommended something smaller. They took the time to walk me through the options and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Fast and friendly service!

Louie was extremely helpful explained every step of the process even going as far as to have me come into the shop so he could go over the issues with me in person. I felt very well taken care of.
