Great service, super kind and knowledgeable, but kind of pricey. $140 for an oil change and they quoted me $1350 for brakes and rotors. I got it done elsewhere for $850

Commercial Tire on State Street in Boise has given me honest advice and done quality work for me for 20 years. We'll keep taking our cars there, including my wife, who used to take her Prius to Peterson Toyota for service but has been treated rudely and seen them try to overcharge her too many times. Most recently, when Peterson wanted to charge her $2,800 just to open the dashboard to diagnose a problem, a mechanic at Commercial Tire suggested we try another Toyota dealership. (Commercial Tire honestly declined to attempt that job themselves, also impressing me.) She did and Edmark Toyota in Nampa said it needed a sensor replaced and charged us $600. Commercial Tire saved us $2,200 without doing any work! We are happy customers.

Arrived just before closing time at Commercial Tire (State Street in Boise) on a donut spare with my tire shredded by a screwdriver. Worked with Rocky to find the right tire for me in the size that fit my car. He searched the system to find choices for me that I could have the next day (had to leave the day after). He found me about 3 choices which we narrowed to the best choice for my needs -- summer highway tire. He got the order into the system in time to get the set from the area warehouse by 9:30 the next morning. Also happened to be the least expensive of the possible choices. I dropped the car the next morning, asked him to call me to report on the alignment check, which he did. I chose to have the car alignment adjusted, and picked up the car by 1 that afternoon. I'm very pleased with the tires, the price and the service. Rocky did a great job for me. Just wish I hadn't run over that screwdriver!

I have been going to Commercial Tire downtown Boise for over 25 yrs. I can always depend on them to be honest with me concerning issues on my vehicle. Easy to to get appointments, great bunch of workers all are friendly.

I’ve been going to Commercial Tire on State Street for years. Always had excellent service and today was no different. My old Tundra needed some work and the team there made it hum again. The manager, Tim Dewitt clearly explained the services and charges, and made my day by honoring a battery warranty saving me a boatload of money. He’s knowledgeable, polite and invariably competent - as is the whole crew there. Thanks CT!

Tony and Tim are awesome. I dropped off my van with a dead battery even though they said they would get it tomorrow. They called me a couple hours later that it was ready to go!

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment. They prioritize walk-ins. Scheduled an 8am appointment for service and shocks, they didn’t even look at the car until 4pm. They did the service and told me I could come back in for shocks.

I got a nail in my tire and they got my right in and fixed it in less than an hour no charge! On top of that everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful!
