I got my oil change at this store. Extremely professional team. On top of the oil change all my car fluids were checked and topped off. They did tire rotation and found out that one of tires had an air leak which got fixed with no cost. I couldn't believe that I just paid for the oil change.....Those guys made my day. 100% recommended. Best experience ever.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Commercial Tire for years, but after today, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. In Feb 2022, I purchased a set of Cooper AT3 tires for around $1300 with a 65,000-mile warranty. Fast forward to now, and with only 40,000 miles on them, they need replacing. I’ve always taken good care of my tires, doing my own oil changes and rotations because who has the time to sit around for half a day at a shop? There’s no obvious sign of neglect, but when I went in to the shop and discovered they were still under the 65k warranty, I was told they "can't honor the warranty without the paperwork for rotations." To make matters worse, despite having purchased three sets of tires from them in the past, none of that seemed to matter. It's incredibly frustrating that they won’t stand behind their product or consider customer loyalty. I won’t be returning to Commercial Tire, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere too.

Had an appointment to drop my car off at 8am. I dropped it off, and I walked to work afterwards. I called them at 2pm to check on the status since I didn't hear anything all day, and I needed it to drive home. They said that they just started the test drive evaluation (after 6 hours?), and promised it would be ready by 5. I got off at 4pm, and waited around until it was ready. I get there to pick it up at 5 and then I ended up waiting another 30 minutes since the previous guy hadn't filled out the paperwork. Though the experience wasn't the best, Owen helped me out when I got there, and was gracious with my frustration. I appreciate you Owen!

I had an emergency tire repair and my car was so far out of alignment my tires had worn in a haphazard way. I called them and brought in my vehicle and they were very helpful and changed my two front tires. They did in a few hours and after the alignment I can really tell the difference in my car. They were very nice and helpful.

Joey was patient and thorough in explaining tire options for my vehicle within my price range. Installation was complete with brake and alignment checks. I will return for tires in the future.

I showed up with just minutes to spare before closing time with a fairly large puncture in my tire. I was hoping they would be able to patch it and that my tire wasn’t ruined. The staff was very welcoming to get me checked in and address my tire issue even though it was obvious they were preparing to close soon. It was very nice to see. No attitudes and no care in the world that I showed up at time. I was patched up and out the door in less than half hour. It was a great experience and I was able to make my evening appointment without a reschedule. Thanks for stepping up and making it happen guys! It was much appreciated… and zero charge for flat repair made this experience a good one with my flat tire experience.

I’d taken my car to another tire store that’s right down the road from Commercial Tire to help me with a leak I’d had in one of my tires. They patched it, but the leak persisted. The guys at Commercial Tire said that patches won’t hold unless the adhesive dries first, and the patch that had been previously placed on he said was still damp. I should have taken my car to Commercial Tire first, would have saved me at least and hour or more of my time having to repeat what I’d just done, less than a week prior.

Took over two hours I’ve been here since 807 He did not look at the records in my vehicle and used a different type of oil than they’ve ever used before. They did not tell me how much it was going to be and then just sprung that on me two hours later after I’m already super late to work just waiting for them to finish.

I had a nail in my tire. I was able to safely drive to Commercial Tire. They pulled the nail and patched the tire for free. They recommended I get new front tires, but I only drive this pickup about 500 miles/year, so I’m holding off for now. Nice staff.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for a while now and they have always treated us right. Chris (I believe he’s a manager) is amazing. I recently had my 2014 ford mustangs oil changed and transmission fluid changed. There was an issue with my CFNA credit card through Commercial Tire. Chris was unable to charge my CFNA card for my service. I was freaking out as I was between pay days and my account was locked until they issued a new card for whatever reason. Chris spoke with them and verified the situation. Chris was very patient, kind and understanding of the situation at hand. Eventually the bill was paid, but I feel that the world needs more people like Chris in it. Thank you. Will always take my vehicles back! Thanks guys!!
