I originally went to Les Schwab for my troubles when I first started driving. My brother experienced an entire wheel coming off his lifted truck while on the freeway literally right after he left. TALK ABOUT SCARY! On another occasion he went in and had them replace 2 tires and when they replaced the tires, they also put the tire with the screw in it back on too?😂 I don't know if they need more sleep or better training but they should figure that out. After these horror stories and my own person experiences of being spoken to in a similar way someone who doesn’t speak a foreign language would speak to someone who only speaks a foreign language would, I have made the choice to not have my vehicle serviced there. Commercial, however, overall wonderful customer service at any location, I drive away satisfied with what I've paid and my car needs are always taken care of, even when I am back in under warranty.

They always seem to take care of me and to do a professional job. They did unfortunately tell me about the changes coming from corporate about the $30 for changing my snow tires/wheels each time. Not very happy about that because I’m sure it probably goes to corporate raises at an employee-owned company.

What I really love about this team is their HONESTY. The quality of work is excellent. I recently moved from a local company I had been with since 1980, because of the transfer from an owner operator to a company run store. Big Company owned I have found, cut corners and only care about the profits. They will mis lead and do not care about individuals. Commercial Tire has earned my trust from my first visit.

I recently visited this location to purchase new tires for my vehicle, which went smoothly and the employee who I worked with initially was very helpful. It was also recommended to me to have an alignment done, which I agreed to. However, I was later informed by a different employee that the alignment could not be performed due to the need for tie rod replacement, with a quoted price of $700. The communication and customer service I received during this interaction were extremely disappointing. This individual seemed annoyed by any questions, did not provide a clear explanation of the necessary repairs, nor did he offer a written quote or details before rushing off. Very frustrating situation. To ensure the accuracy of the recommendation, I sought second and third opinions from other trusted shops. Both confirmed that the tie rods were in good condition, and the alignment was successfully completed without any issues. It’s concerning to think that I may have been misled or that there was an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. In addition to the lack of professionalism during the service, I also encountered multiple issues with the handling of my vehicle. The seat protector they used did not stay in place, resulting in grease and dirt stains on my light-colored cloth interior. My driver’s side door sustained a noticeable scratch as well. Furthermore, a part of my car’s shifter was damaged while it was being moved around the shop. The manual release button to be able to shift gears was broken and left on the floor. It was clear that my vehicle was not treated with the care and respect one would expect from a "reputable" service provider. Given the poor customer service, lack of transparency, and damage to my car, I will not be returning to this shop for future services. Do not recommend this place at all.

If I could provide a rating lower than one star I would for my visit on 11/25/2024. The service advisor was Sean (?) and I do not believe anything that person says. I had to bring my vehicle in for warranty replacement of the left front wheel bearing / hub assembly, I had been told that I was responsible for the labor due to it being installed over 12 months prior. This did not make me happy, but I expected a $270.00 bill. After arriving to pick up mu car, I was presented with a $418.00 bill. When I asked about the price difference I was told that an axle alignment had to be done at a price of $160.00. I walked back thru the repair history ( 1. Axle alignment 1/11/23 at 124,246 miles, 2. Left hub assembly replacement (no alignment) 1/13/23 at 124,270 miles, 3. Front strut replacement (includes axle alignment) 6/6/24 at 134.308, 4. Right front wheel bearing replacement (Outside shop repair and identification of left wheel bearing failure and no axle alignment) 11/8/24 at 136,270). Out of 3 hub bearing replacements, this is the only axle alignment that has been brought up. I find it hard to believe that the axle alignment changed in 2000 miles nor did the service advisor call me to discuss the “required” axle alignment. The bottom line is I believe that the service advisor was just packing his paycheck and I will not be bringing my automobiles back to Commercial Tire for repairs.

It took two hours for a winter tire changeover at this location even though I had a confirmed appointment. When I asked about it, they said that they don't actually honor the appointments and it's first come first serve. When I've previously went to the location on Eagle, they always got me in and out very quickly, even on super busy days. I'm very disappointed in this location. They even charged me $15 more than I was charged in the spring.

This team is amazing, called and asked about an issue I was having with my car. Tony said bring it in, I did and 4 hrs later it was fixed. I really like these ppl they are great.

Took my fiance's car in for new tires months ago, turns out they cross threaded two bolts on TWO different tires. They were so generous to offer to fix the issue THEY caused for a measly $1,000. Wow, how generous. They've got the best con-man running that shop in town.

Driving a 30 ft RV and preparing for a 1,000 mile trip i stopped in the Cole Rd Boise location to have my 6 tires checked. Discovered one had to be replaced, but worse yet the axle seals on both dual tires were leaking oil, which could cause a fire, and I had to leave on this trip in 2 days! Noah Erdmann was in charge of this repair job and immediately put his mechanics to work. Even working an hour past closing time they were unable to complete the job. He had his guys on the job at 7:30 the next morning and they finished at about 11 am, enabling me to drive the first 300 miles of my trip, about half of it through a blinding snowstorm in Nevada! I can't say enough for the effort and hard work, and my appreciation for what these men did for me, and they were always courteous and pleasant. This is customer service "over the top". Thanks again, Noah for making this happen! And even better the charges were less than I expected. I have used Commercial Tire many times in the past and always will!
